Perfect location for Camps Bay. Staff very friendly. Breakfast really good.

This is the third time we have visited this hotel, previously didn’t have any issues. Unfortunately we won’t return again as the room wasn’t very clean. We had a balcony which we couldn’t use as everything outside wasn’t clean. The room was very sticky to touch surfaces especially very sticky floor. The bathroom was spotless though but felt the rest needed a deep clean.

Could not reach the establishment telephonically on the landline at all! Suggest getting a cell that the managers hand over to each other at change of shift. This was not acceptable to me....

Amazing view, massive bed, clean and spacious room with cool interiors and lovely showers, massive balcony (room 8), helpful staff and the ocean on your doorstep! We had such a lovely view from our room that we didn’t bother going out for dinner and instead ordered to our room and watched the sunset from our terrace! Breakfasts were lovely - lots of healthy options followed by freshly cooked options such as shakshuka and chia pancakes!

Only issue for us was the gaps in the balcony railings were big enough for our 18 month old to get through so we had to keep a very close watch on her (but to be fair it doesn’t market itself as a family place). It can get a little bit noisy on the balcony as the road is between the hotel and balcony but we didn’t find this an issue and you can’t hear it from inside at all at night. Plus you get the uninterrupted view! Room 8 is the lowest level So I initially worried about someone getting in but they have security cameras and we had no issues at all.

This is a beautiful place, get the sea view room. The views are amazing and so was the room I was in. The staff is friendly and attended to all our questions and requests.

Parking - there are only 4 parking bays for the hotel so parking was a bit of a mission.

Excellent location with lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good choice. The room (number 9) was huge and nicely decorated with a spacious balcony overlooking the beach. Would definitely recommend booking a sea view.

The property is difficult to locate as there isn't clear signage and the new number provided did not work. While there were always staff on duty, the back of the property didn't feel overly secure and it seemed like anyone could get access to the rooms.

Great view, centrally located within walking distance of restaurants and shops in Camps Bay. Great breakfast and very professional staff. Safe parking as well.

The room we received as an upgrade was next to the swimming pool. We did not feel very private, as people would peep around the barrier and see straight into the room, where we try to relax on the bed. We had to keep our door closed and curtains drawn, missing the great view. Please ensure you ask for any of the other rooms.

Asanda who helped us check in is amazingly friendly makes one feel at home and not forgetting the guy Andrew who assisted us move our belongings from lower to upper room, he was exceptional 👌

I did not get exactly what I booked for, at first my room was too small and had no lounge or kitchen utensils person as per promise, no sea view and private patio. After complaining, I I was then moved to an upper room which was better but still does not match the standard of the one I selected on the bookings application. I would appreciate more clarity on the description of the rooms and clear pictures next. Time.

Its location is one of its strong points, being on the seafront of Camps Bay. My room had a balcony. I had a beautiful view of the sea from the room and the balcony. The room and attached bathroom were excellent. Breakfast, included in my booking, was sumptuous. There is a terrace overlooking the sea, attached to a cozy bar-cum-dining room. The terrace had a small kiddies' pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were curio shops, restaurants, and a small supermarket close by.

Location is great, beautiful sea views from our balcony. Literally across the street from the gorgeous beach. The photos are an accurate representation of the actual place. Staff (Asanda and Andrew) very welcoming and helpful.

They’ve recently changed their phone number and the address according to my map is off by a few hundred meters. It made finding the location a little tricky. Please consider highlighting to guests that you have a new phone number (different to the one currently on Google Maps) to make communication easier.
