While booking nothing was mentioned about holding deposit of R5000 and that can only be refunded in a weeks time as it’s a process. Secondly, the check out time was 10am but there staff came in at 9am and forcing us to go earlier as they have other guests coming as early check in

Spacious clean, well presented inside with great views. Also the relative close proximity to the Camps Bay resort.

1/Outside garden furniture was not in keeping with the property. It was uncomfortable especially the benches and hardback plastic chairs. Also the furniture looked tired as was the seating area around the pool. 2/ There was a foul smell from the on suite bathroom to the main bedroom. We noticed this was commented on in the visitors book.

The view was breathtaking. It was not far from the main road and beach. The rooms were very comfortable. The location is perfect. Each bedroom had a sea view. The kitchen was well equipped. When there was no water due to a burst pipe, the host brought us around 20 litres to get us through the night.

There was need for some maintenance.

Location was amazing and the views superb! The host was always in contact and the villa was super clean and spacious and was just like the photos! We loved it!

Very small things that could be improved upon ie the TV is better placed in the larger lounge; the shower door in the top bathroom doesn't close and the water pressure in the other bathroom on the top floor was weak. Some mirrors in the upper floor rooms would be great too for getting dressed and styling hair for instance. Just small areas for improvement that would make this place stellar.

Nice location with a breathtaking view over Camps Bay and the ocean. Big house for a family of six

The house could need a little update, TLC and better cleaning.

The location was excellent.

The telephone number provided was incorrect. Had to call Booking.com customer services in the UK for assistance, unfortunatly they didn't help and held me on the phone for 15mins. not the Villa Aqua fault but thsy should know.

Big enough to accommodate the entire family comfortably. The braai area excellent. The pool. The sitting area big enough.

The garage couldn’t accommodate the vehicle due to the storage compartment in there.

The place is close to all the places we wanted to attend

The TV did not work in the bedrooms I think they need to buy at least fleas blankets as on loadshedding we did get cold

Location and the view of the sea in all the bedrooms. The beds were comfortable.

Nothing. Perhaps something consider is to also have housekeeping/cleaning services during weekends
