The place is perfectly located near the activities in Clarens with most of the popular attractions being under 15kms away, it made experiencing the town so much easier. There are many restaurants and Spa places nearby as well. The room was absolutely amazing, clean and beautiful right up to the bathroom. The pictures don’t do it any justice. Not forgetting the breathtaking views around the property. The staff was super friendly and management made sure that we had everything we needed to know before our stay. They also did regular check ins with us during breakfast (which is complementary). The sherry and fruit bowl was also another nice touch to add.

There’s really nothing to dislike about the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Willow Manor , everybody was very friendly and very accommodating , we had a little misunderstanding regarding the restaurant , it was only a "Day-Restaurant'' and because of the fact that we travelled with a motorbike we were dependant on restaurants mainly ... but the wonderful people went out of there way to help us and get settled and ensure we didnt need for anything during our overnight stay. The next morning we had a delicious breakfast at the restaurant ... we will surely visit again

Good breakfast at Sugar and Cinnamon next door included in the price. The apartment was better than expected, good bath room and good galley kitchen. Clean and well maintained.

The property was subject to load shedding and with the weather being unseasonably hot the room was unbearable hot for at least 4 hours a day as there was no generator to operate when electricity was off. Closer to the room than I expected and was about 10pms from Clarens. Sugar and Cinnamon was not open in the evening so no evening meal available unless a drive to Clarens. Had to leave a day early due to being too hot at night which meant sleep was impossible when load shedding. Also when we arrived nobody to greet us with the key in the lock as advised by guests in next apartment.

The premise was very clean and spacious. The owner responded right away and they even left the electric blanket on for us since we were arriving a bit late at night. The premise was well equipped with very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast was AMAZING! I would definitely come back.

The place is a bit too open to the road next to it. It would have been nicer if there was a proper wall or cover from the road

We have travelled southern africa quite extensively, and we were surprised by how this establishment ticks all the right boxes. We really had an exceptional stay. Everything was on point. A lot of thought went into making the Willow Manor experience a memorable one. Well done!

We had an amazing stay here. Ghe room exceeded our expectations with a cozy atmosphere and al luxury you can wish for. The location is perfect to visite the golden gate highlands park and close enough to clarens if you want o visite. Thank you for this wonderful time we were able to spend with you!

Willow Manor has some of the most beautiful views I have ever seen, especially sunset.

The only concern I have is the fact that the gate remains open throughout the night and there is no security. It’s a quiet place and it seemed safe but we can never be too sure.

The owners were friendly and accommodating. The accommodation was modern, comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was well positioned to explore the Golden Gate Highlands National Park and visit Clarens which was charming. It had a lovely restaurant on the property and the food was delicious. We felt well looked after and safe.

It was difficult to see the signage from the road initially. Everything else was great.

The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast included in the price was very generous.

The property is located on the main road to the Golden Gate Park, and the rooms face the road. However the windows are double glazed so there isn't a lot of noise. There is also no back up for power cuts, and perhaps a Gizzu would be useful for wifi which goes down. There are special bulbs and fully charged back up lights which help.

The rooms are clean, comfy, warm. A home away from home, the staff is very friendly and welcoming 🙏. Rosemary and Mati were so loving ❤️. The food was scrumptious 😋 definitely made with love. I will go back again. Thank you 😊 Willow Manor, for making my birthday vacation so beautiful 😍
