Loved the location and the farm style venue, with beautiful mountains around you and rolling grass hills, very tranquil and peaceful with horses around, it really feels like you are miles away from anything which is perfect. If you want to sit under the trees and read a book you can and there’s a friendly cat who comes to say hi. The cleaning staff are prompt and efficient.

The places of interest for things to do in the area weren’t that great and 1 was closed or for sale not sure but we couldn’t go in. The management pretty much leaves you to your own devices nobody really asks if you are okay or if you need anything, maybe that’s part of the charm I don’t know. We didn’t know about the hiking and biking event that was happening on the Saturday , would have been nice to know. The pool is a far walk if you are not staying by the chalets, we didn’t end up using it as it was mainly full with kids from the chalets which were fully booked.

The property is serene and beautiful and the temperature was quite an adjustment but after the first night the house was warm with the heaters on. A wonderful touch adding televisions with Netflix in all the rooms and the living room. The electric blankets also went a long way. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary equipment and we really appreciated that. It was a very lovely stay and I felt I wanted to stay longer.

The toilet paper - preferably a thicker 1 ply

The Farm and the experience it provided,it was amazing. The venue was easy to find and great service provided by all personnel. They had braai facilities, hiking and biking trail and a great indoor swimming pool

We opted to have breakfast, it was good. However, it would have been a great experience to have have local products such as local cheese etc

The place is neat, serene, beautiful. If one needs a time away from the busyness of joburg. This is the place. The beauty is out of this world. I will be going back some day.

The fridge wasn't securely plugged inn therefore it defrosted and made my food wet. Therefore it would be best to do a check before a guest arrives to avoid such issues

The farm and the surrounding armospher was very nice, the room was well equipped and very clean

The photo and details on booking .com did not match the room we were given. We saw the mountain charletes and the room that we ended up was part of another older building on the farm.

our room was clean and look exactly as on the internet. The surrounding is breathtaking. If you are looking for quietness and relaxed atmosphere this is the place for you. Very friendly staff, we needed to iron our clothes and we were helped even though the facility doesn't have one and we appreciate the efforts.

Ironing board and iron will be appreciated.

The accomodation is situated on a farm offering a tranquil and peaceful stay for myself and my little ones. The actual room that was provided was perfect and had all the essentials to prepare food and store our purchases. I also enjoyed the pool area, it's stunning and also includes a baby pool which was also an added bonus.

I would have liked for the shop to store more options to purchase things like soap, charcoal as it's slighty a bit out of the main town.

Staff - very competent and friendly staff available - even after hours Facilities - as listed, everything in good working conditions - including free wifi and solar. We stayed in a self-catering unit, however the venue also offered paid meals (breakfast and dinner) which we made used off - dinner was EXCELLENT and will highly recommend it!! Delivered at your doorstep. Room very comfortable - OH MY - those sleeper coaches is just so comfortable - beautiful views from the room! Unit also had a fireplace which is great - NO SMOKE inside the room! Can really recommend this place to travelers!

The beautiful nature surrounding with the farm feeling was great. Free standing chalets was preferred to living in the geusthouse.

I would have appreciate more communications beforehand as there were meal options I was not aware off. Using a hairdryer could be problematic due to solar system. Since we in SA, please advise guest wrt safety and security. No shower.

On arrival , we found that the bed and some of the furniture and the floor was dusty, the baths prop doesn’t seal well because when you run a bath the water will drain slowly. The suites door doesn’t lock(faulty).
