I'm grateful that the staff offered to move my things while I was at work during the switch from the ground floor to the first floor.

I was allocated a ground floor apartment but had to move as the aircon didn't have a remote control and the replacement remote malfunctioned. Only available room was in the first floor. I had to take stairs to the first floor and I found them to be very steep... the first floor also has no balcony and that's an inconvenience when working till morning and requiring fresh air for small breaks... Don't book the first floor if claustrophobic... it won't end well...

Good morning, I always love staying at The Royal Bryanston. I travelled from outside the country, had car issues and arrived well after midnight. The staff were very courteous, kind and understanding. The rooms are always spotless. The easy access for guests makes it a go to for me. As someone who works remotely, having a stable wifi connection was just the icing on the cake. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay. I look forward to coming back there.

There was no breakfast in the package. I was served with coffee and biscuits which very kind. Electric plugs were working perfectly fine. Bath area and toilet was clean. The place has privacy.

One of the wall mounted next to the headboard plug was loose, a bug came out of it.

Place was conviently situated, clean and comfortable easy to check in and with travelling with colleagues it was great to have our own rooms with an ensuite bathroom at a very affordable rate.

I wanted to check out and there was no one to assist, instead they just opened the gate, so I had no choice but to just leave the keys there.

Great location, Mary is a great host.

Wifi is not useable for work keeps disconnecting ended up hot spotting my phone for connectivity, definitely needs improvement

The fact that there wasn't a smoking area, except for the small space directly in front of another person's room. It was awkward using that space when another guest is in the room.

The facilities, the staff is great.

The fact that there is no streaming service n the tv and the bed in the room we were in is not good. But the place is clean and nice.

It was beautiful to look at Very clean. I normally have sinus reactions when places have some dust or mold but not here. Very comfortable

The shower doesn’t have a light for it specifically but that is the only drawback.

Very spacious and clean. Mary is excellent and true to her promise - minimal stairs and spacious bed and bathroom

The toilet door is broken and made a noise when opened or closed Although persons/s above us were not noisy, we could hear them move about A bottle or two of water would have been nice
