Professional behavior of staff. Rooms and hotel exceptionally clean. I actually moved from another accomodation which was rated higher but I was highly disappointed and the Mecure was such a pleasant surprise. Rooms have everything you need. Staff is super friendly and go above and beyond to meet your needs. Beds extremely comfortable. Reminds me of an old English hotel.

Bathroom is dated but clean. Aircon - I wish it had better settings as found it blew one direction so it tended to make the persons bed directly next to it very cold. The chef was super friendly but the serving staff was a disappointment, very uninterested and made their work seem like a chore but the chef each time came out to remedy a question. Breakfast is excellent. I would recommend the burgers for dinner. Steak was not to my liking bit chef accommodated the change with a smile.

Her attention to detail and commitment to delivering a personalized dining experience left a lasting impression on me. I also want to extend my gratitude to the reception team, especially Noshipo and the evening receptionist (whose name, unfortunately, escapes me). Their friendliness and eagerness to assist were evident from the moment I checked in until I checked out. It's worth mentioning that the entire staff at [Hotel Name] exudes a genuine amiability that creates a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel.

The room space and cleaness of bedding was superb. The kitchen place close to the bar. although the car parking is not that super but the security is available. although the lift was not functioning at the time but the rooms are not high. the breakfast is good.

Very friendly staff, great dinner in dinner room, everything works, clean and safe. Dinner and drinks was reasonable value. Keeping an older setup functional and great value! Will return with next visit.

It is an older establishment and it is clear that the staff's friendliness and efforts are successful in making it a great stay for a day or three on business.

Our stay was so comfortable, our room was very clean especially the bathroom and shower. Thank you for going the extra mile with a beautiful message for my daughter and a delicious fruit platter, we enjoyed all the goodies. From the friendly lady at reception to the cleaning staff, not forgetting security at the gate, thank you for the kind and exceptional customer service. I'm already planning our next stay with the whole family 😊

The lady working the morning shift was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean and lovely. It's very close to a shopping mall. The guards at the gate were friendly and smiling all the time.

They didn't pick up my call when I called at the reception wanting to request an iron.

We didn't eat breakfasts as we were in the rush, the location is very good because it is close to shops.

Nothing much but they must be towels on the bed, we only found two towels in the bathroom.

The Cleanliness. The Security was excellent and Staff was very helpful. They can improve on warm meal options for Vegetarians to include soya products but it was sufficient.

As lovely as the room was, there was an unpleasant smell in the room, only to discover that the carpet was very wet on one side of the room so we had to keep the window open the whole time
