The accomodation was wonderful and very comfortable. The Location is very convenient and close to beach and shopping centres. I looked through lots of available places to stay and finally decided on this Hotel. It is very neat and we enjoyed a small breakfast that was more than enough and to our expectations. The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The Hotel was taken over by new owners couple of years back and been renevated beautifully.

Nothing to complain about. The bed was a bit on the firm side, but didn't get any back pain as we do on our own bed at home.

The breakfast was very average. A warm plate would have been nice. Nearly every egg dish included chips, which I don't eat, especially not for breakfast, so ordered scrambled eggs with bacon. The bacon was nice, and the eggs were fine, except they were served onto cold soggy toast. I would have preferred the toast to be separate, and not soggy.

The choice of meals. The dinner choices are very average, typical pub food. The meal I ordered was fine, but most things on the menu were rather boring.

The staff was very friendly The pool was clean and a nice size. Lovely views too. Rooms also very clean.

They put us in a different room that we didn't book because the original room we had booked was not in order. The aircon and television was faulty. And without informing us when we arrived they moved us. The other unit was ok. Would have been nice if they had told us beforehand and not when I questioned them about the booking.

The view was so nice, river view with swimming pool. It was so relaxing.

With checking the lady at reception show us where our apartment is, she didn't even switch on the lights or took us through the apartments and also no one to help us with our bags or even told us there were a trolley to use. Not sure if this was because we were a few minutes late but I did arrange that we gonna be a bit late. The apartment was clean but had a demp smell.

Good quiet spot.

The light on the stoep was so bright that we couldn't sleep well. It felt as if the sun is up! We always sleep in a pitch dark room as that is the healthiest way to get good night rest. Can you please make a change to this as we would definitely visit again!! Beautiful people and great location!!

The friendliness of the staff and their willingness to go out of their way to meet special requests

The restrictions imposed on evening meal times. I understand the need for this in view of the very small number of residents but it did impinge on the freedom and enjoyment of those few.

The view was amazing, the location very good and friendliness of the staff I really appreciated. The food was very good and well prepared.

The room and facilities was a bit dated. I also did not have the option to select bath or shower and I do prefer to shower.

Perfect for a family getaway Food at the restaurant was great Staff were very helpful and freindly Room was very well equiped and so nicely decorated We have a toddler and it was very safe, the balconay is very safe and the swiming area to the river is clossed off well

We loved the pool area and that you can orser food and drinks from the pool The room was very comfy

Location, Rooms and the entire space were excellent and pleasant. Very beautiful place

The water was quick to get cold. Parking is an issue. The kitchen floor was not mopped. The security at the gate not convincing

Lively view, and enjoyed the big spacious room, good bathrooms, and well equipped kitchen and washing facilities were very helpful (for clothes)
