When we arrived at 21:00, the guy at the desk, was very helpful and helped us to carry the luggage to the room. It was so nice & peaceful there. The morning when we woke up we got ready to check out and had our breakfast first. Compliments to the Chef, when we checked out the lady at the receptionist said our breakfast was not included but it was fine, for myself and my hubby it was R160 and we were happy to pay it, once again compliments to the chef! It was honestly a nice stay! We will definitely make use of your lodge again!

I liked the design and setup of the room; it was beautiful and clean. Everything a person could need in a self-catering room was provided for. The only thing I needed to buy was food.

The house was clean, just had a few stains on the carpet, and it would be great if they could be removed. The place is beautiful, however, for someone who is particular like me, it is disturbing

The breakfast was delicious, and the hotel was able to give us a vegan meal which we had requested. Upon our arrival for check-in, Storm and Sylvia warmly welcomed us. We went to our room and a few moments later, we were pleasantly surprised when the operations manager, Ilze, upgraded us to a bigger room. All the hotel staff we met, including Ricardo (Chief of Security), were very friendly and made us feel at home. Our room and the bedding were spotlessly clean. The hotel has a well-maintained rustic look outside and modern furnishings inside the rooms.

There is nothing I could fault at the Oceans Hotel & Self-catering.

I booked a room with no aircon and they went out there way to get me a room with aircon and a heater as the weather didnt allow to go without it.

Staff uncertinty about there future as this hotel is currently going through some changes, it would be so nice if owners could keep management and staff all on the same space as to what the future holds for this hotel, owners to listen to staff or managment recomendations as these are the people who keeps the business going and clients happy

Position was central and staff were excellent

There was no WiFi which was poor as I had work to do. TV was really bad - bad signal on all the available channels (which were poor) I suggest they should at least have the full DSTV bouquet. Toilet seat was wrong size for the toilet bowl (Unit D1) really strange

The breakfast was not what I expected based on the pictures I saw on the hotels booking site. But I was not disappointing as well because every request we made was met. If the menu or offerings has changed I really think it should also be indicated on the site to meet guest's expectations. But it was overall nice setup.

Hotel was amazing. Clean.

There were only panel heaters which don't get very warm especially in winter. Needed extra blankets. There is no tv, great if you have company but when you are on your own need to entertain yourself with some tv.

Thank you very much for the staff to accommodating us on a short notes and allow us to make use of the accommodation before check in time, and for the security who update me about the area and where it is safe to run and walk, we appreciate it.

Good day. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the nights stay at the hotel it was good even though it was only for the night. 😊

Reception did not inform us that breakfast will be served at the room but we enjoyed it.
