We loved the location, and the view is amazing. The apartment is very spacious. We loved that we could just walk down to the beach, and it's close to Langeberg mall so easy to get necessities. The beach is beautiful and the people are so friendly. Staff is amazing.

The fact that we had to do an itinerary checked ourselves when we checked in. Took us almost an hour, and there were item's missing, which they ticked on the list. The fire alarm is very sensitive as there were two incidents with other people, but we would rather have that than nothing.

We stayed in the self-catering unit. The only negative comment is that the kitchen should be better equipped with crockery eg. with more pyrex bowls, plastic bowls, an air fryer would be more convenient than using the oven and there weren't even kitchen scissors in the drawers. A spare set of keys /disk should be available to guests especially if you are sharing the unit with another couple or even your teenage kids who want to explore on their own.

Everything was nice like the unit. The seaview was awesome there is everthing you need in the units.

No braai facilities on th patio. Why do you need to hire everything extra. Please give people a list beforehand about the old age home rules. Get covers for the rainy days at the braai area. Someone staff not so friendly and helpfull. I think on the first night someone at reception needs to explain where to go and where the units is or go and show the people. It was our first time and also a group of people. But overall I will visit the place again.

The rooms were spacious and staf very polite and helpful! Beautiful location right by the beach:) The breakfast was nicely presented, rich and tasty!

The swimmingpool area was open only during the weekends which was not informed anywhere in the internet! We stayed from monday til thursday and choosed this hotel because of the swimming pool area next to it, so we were dissapointed.

The view standing on the balcony was breath taking,the location was excellent,the apartment was equipped with everything that you need.Staff was friendly & professional.Good value for money

Check in time is to late a special for us traveling from far & the whole day on the road.Most of the places check in time is at 14h00.They should consider the exhaust travels coming from afar

Loved the location and the view. The unit was lovely and spacious.

Just wish we knew from the get go that towels were not included as we were travel from Jbay to Cape Town and back through Mossel Bay and did not take towels with u as it was provided at all the other self catering units we stayed at. Also the wifi did not work the entire time we stayed there

The view was spectacular and being able to enjoy your coffee on the couch in the living room or the patio over looking the ocean, was the greatest blessing. The easy access to Diaz Beach and swimming pool was incredible. We loved our stay here.

Upon arrival, the floors were dirty. Papers and fluff balls o the floor and as you walked bare foot you would gather black hair under foot. It was the most unpleasant experience considering the expense. Not having tea coffee or salt and pepper is also terrible. One drives for 14hrs to get here and then there is not even salt to add to your chips for your take away dinner. The bad smell from the drain pipes was also off putting. It smelt moulding and musty. Not great for the expense to stay there.

Very spacious, much larger than expected! Wonderful view, direct access to the beach. Comfortable furniture and beautiful interior decorating. 😌

The apartment booking required a security deposit, which is repayable within 10 days. When I enquired about this, I was informed that my documentation had been lost. At the end I did get my deposit back, but I wouldn't have if I didn't enquire about it.

We lived in 1202 at the penthouse. This is such a beautifull place to spend the vacation. Lots of windows with clear views of the sea, big open spaces to move around and lots and lots of closets and cupboards. Defenately somewhere to go if you need a propper and luxurious vacation with lots to do in surrounding areas

The drains were very smelly, especially the one on top. This made the whole room stink when the windows was closed, so we had to keep the windows open. The bathtubs leaked, so we had to keep the water running when we wanted to take a bath

The location and views were amazing!

The plumbing in the penthouse wasn’t great. The water didn’t stay hot long enough to fill up the tub for a bath and there was a sulfur smell that was coming out of the drains. But the staff was quick to respond to try and fix it. The penthouse views were incredible and it was perfect for our family to stay for our wedding.
