The duvet was not big enough for 2 adults, no blanket available in the room as it is cold at night. We went to bed at 11.30, then saw that the duvet is not suitable, late for contacting housekeeping for a blanket. Had to sleep with track suit jacket on. Don, t like to sleep with aircon on high heat.

We loved the setting, our Room, was spacious and clean. The service was to the room was good and friendly. The staff was friendly and well mannered.

The fact that so easily the answer was no we don't have it or we can't for whatever reason. We tried a few items on the menu, with no joy so we stopped all together to buy anything at the hotel. Breakfast (included in stay) was a great disappointment. The food was bland, and we feel not up to standard. There was no butter available only Margerine on all three occasions.

Outstanding indeed! Loved the breakfast. Well prepared with love.

Would love to visit the Spa. On the Bar fridge we found a notice about Pensioners special for R600 per couple. When enquiring about this at reception, we we told that it was for out out season. It was very disappointing. Bathroom - toilet seat to low. Bed- too hard for me, had to sleep on a soft pillow. (Had back operation during March 2023)

The location of the Hotel is excellent and the quietness in the area is realy outstanding.

Only issue was the pillow's of Hotel is very hard and uncomfortable. Due to smart TV could not watch TV at all as need to use apparently your own systems at home access codes. No radio was also available.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel the room was very large and bright with a nice balcony overlooking the sea which was very dramatic. The quality of Wi-Fi was good and the choice of food at breakfast considering we are vegetarian was quite good. All in all a great stay at a good price- I would recommend you ask for a room facing the sea rather than the mountain it is more dramatic

The hotel staff knew that we were booking for our anniversary and they went out of their way to put a gift in our room. That was a beautiful gesture, thank you Point Hotel Staff!!! The view was beautiful and close to restaurants and for sightseeing.

The elevator was dirty and I could see it still wasn't cleaned by the time we left.

The view the breakfast the cold swim the staff who was helpful , the owner made sure I was ok, even when they had load shedding it will always be the spot to be , I am working on a project at work and will always come back the point Hotel value for money and staff is super friendly

Nothing to complain about it was a great stay and will always be going back we should visit more now after the next summer days it my happy space

I liked the room, it was comfortable, and the view was great. Breakfast was delicious every time. There was a very long zip-line that you can go on, and let us not forget the beautiful mountain.

Absolutely nothing. Everything was wonderful.

Just how friendly the staff was and the location is perfect everything close by and we enjoyed the walks in morning I will really go back there in future.

Nothing much except the lighthouse horn when it is misty the noise was a bit of downer when u trying to sleep 😴 other than that everything else was perfect

Received a friendly and warm welcome from reception. Staff were friendly, respectful and helpful. Food was delicious. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

TV was out of order. Struggled to get it going.
