Very quiet area and the neatness of it and the owner of the property is very friendly and the room was excellent . There is nothing they can change everything is according what they have advertised .

Everything that was there was what I have expected, the bed was comfortable ,the room was warm so I have no complaints- for me there is nothing that they can change because it is also suitable for the wheelchairs .

I liked everything about it! I could stay at the property my entire holiday, especially in the busy seasons. Easy grocery deliveries to the location, very nice pool and facilities. Everything you need for a good rest. Thank you, Keith, for your help and and making us feel at home. We had an amazing time!

Such a beautiful and tranquil place. The setup is amazing and the host was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen that is shared is very well organized with a numbered fridge and all the bits for each room, I was very Impressed. Beautiful pool that we unfortunately did not manage to use it but it was beautiful and clean Would recommend this for a family to rent both rooms or even a 2 person stay where you share kitchen and pool with another couple

The place was amazingly clean, in a quiet environment. Very comfortable with a separate kitchen that has everything you might need and a braai stand. The host was welcoming and friendly. Will definitely be back when I need a break from this busy world. It is value for money.

Keith met us with the keys and showed us around, he was very pleasant and helpful with where to visit etc We had the use of a lovely pool which was a plus. The room and facilities were extremely clean and very comfortable. Such good value for money, we definitely recommend this little gem

Nice modern accommodation with good location for exploring the area assuming you have a car. Each unit had a nice balcony with benches overlooking a nice pool and each had access to a well fitted kitchen and braai.

lovely quiet environment with beautiful view of mountains. Nice swimming pool, shared kitchen, equipped with everything you need, as well as braai facilities. Less than 10 minutes drive to mall. Host very hospitable, will definitely stay there again

The property is situated in an affluent area. It is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, very neat. The beds are comfortable. The view at night is breathtaking. I highly recommend 25 On Rooiels.
