Once again this was one of my best stays again - I know I always say that, but that is completely true. I just love the location, the property, the accommodation the freedom and off cause the friendly staff. I simply love Boschenmeer Guest House.

There was nothing not to like about Boschenmeer Guest House!!

Convenient location for wine tasting Super friendly staff Peaceful setting on Paarl golf course Comfortable bed and large fridge for wine cooling Fab shower Patio doors onto golf course Super close to fab shopping with Bootlegger cafe The Paarl golf course club house a 5 min walk for excellent and good value food and drinks

The layout of the bathroom - the sink in bedroom and the shower and wc split over two different areas that open directly into the bedroom - not ideal design (looked as if two cupboards had been converted) - didn’t impact our stay tho The plunge pool is very small and as a result with limited sun loungers - fortunately each day it was free at 4 and catches the evening sun Overall still enjoyed our stay very much

Staff friendly and proffessional . Overhaul place was neat and tidy.

We were told that the security entrance system is being upgraded but.securoty will assiat us to get in and out. On several occasions we had difficulties entering. At 21h00 at night the security guard could not open the boom as he had no access to open the boom. We stood for 15 min at entrance also blocking vehicles behind us until a aupervisor came to open the boom.

This was our second time staying in at Boschenmeer House. Last time was nearly 10 years ago. Large comfy bed Super-friendly staff Nice location - close to centre of Paarl. New shopping mall just outside the estate. We did not visit it, but can see that it would be very convenient to have. Guesthouse is located on a golf estate, which is very tranquil Our room had a lovely view of the golf course and mountains.

Aircon was very loud. Think it might need a service. On our first night, there was an extremely loud family in one of the neighbouring rooms. They were busy on a phone-call until nearly midnight. Whilst this is no fault of the guesthouse, perhaps they could look into soundproofing between the rooms.

Shaz was very accommodating in arranging a number of special requests before we arrived e.g. feather pillows (thank you) - we were upgraded to a room with a balcony and lovely view of golf course and mountains beyond (thankyou) - the room itself was very pleasant; with air-conditioner and overhead fan. - Bed was very comfortable. - Shower had good water pressure. Wifi was good - breakfast was lovely (according to my wife .... my 7.00am tee off didnt afford me the luxury of breakfast)

there was an intermittent low buzzing sound that came from somewhere in the building, which unfortunately kept me awake. - parking was a bit tight, particularly for larger vehicles

• Very friendly and attentive staff. • Rooms are clean and in great condition. • Beautifully situated within a well-kept golf course. • Effective blackout curtains and blinds to block the early morning light.

• Parking posed a slight challenge when the property is fully booked but one can park a little further away and walk.

Everything from staff, atmosphere and the vibe was very, very nice. We love staying at BOSCHENMEER HOUSE, we usually make a switch between BOSCHENMEER and Valdevie but this time was exceptional. We only have one problem, you are a sport like guesthouse but there is no live sport on the tv on the room. I would have loved to lay on my bed, open my window and watch the rugby match live.

Mirror under a light and nearer a plug. Always an issue for woman traveling - Not great lighting and hair dryer can't be plugged in near the mirror

What a beautiful place, feeling right at home the moment you walk in. Can highly recommend. Nice breakfast, super friendly staff and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. Loved the decor.

There is no lift to get to the rooms, so luggage has to be carried up one floor.

Loved everything! How easy it was for us to check in late. The friendlyness of the staff. They were all wonderful and helpfull. They helped us with an umbrella too. Loved the view downstairs where we had breakfast. Suberb questhouse! We would stay there any time again. Super clean and comfortable. Thank you very much! Shaz is also very friendly and helpful. The best stay in Paarl!

The only thing that we would have changed was that the sugar could have been maybe 5 sachets for the room because some people take a little more in their coffee and always check the coffee sachets. We had 4 sachets where one was hard and sticky and were we couldn't get it out the packet.
