Beautiful property. Wish it was summer and I was staying for longer. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying. Staff and owners were friendly

Shower was a tight squeeze, I'm a big woman so it was a lil uncomfortable. Lots of stairs to get to my room, would have appreciated being told in advance because I have chronic pain due to previous bone fracture. Also the stairways didn't have a railing so it felt a bit unsafe for me personally because of my history of falling and fracturing my ankle etc. other than that, the property was lovely and the room was nice and comfortable and warm

Perfect location, just off Main Street and wonderfully quiet - just what you need after a day packed with meetings. Super nice staff and owners - we were even invited to share a wine with them and their friends. Next time Paarl - I will come back!

I travelled with my con worker - also my brother - we had two rooms next to each other. Perfect communication - we could talk to each other through the wall. Worked for us, but if you want to slip away for a romantic weekend, something to be aware of.

The breakfast was delicious! The host and staff were incredible and the whole experience was easy and very comfortable. We would definitely book again. The perfect place if you're travelling to Paarl for a school derby or just a tourist trip. Close to everything and warm and safe.

There was nothing we didn't like... but if I have to be nit picky, then a big coffee mug in the room would be great. ;)

Last minute booking. What a place. A huge home with rooms around a central area and with a pool in a great location. Very pleased to be able to watch England v Springboks on the TV. Not so pleased with the result. Rhys was a great host, setting up the TV for the rugby and ice maker for our G an Ts. Staff very friendly and engaging. Would like to have stayed longer. Would recommend.

Very well situated, clean and neat. The owner is very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The rooms were very comfortable and well what a beautiful guesthouse! Had the opportunity to meet his beautiful daughters , very friendly and the cutest little doggy called rambo. Can not complain about anything as even the staff that made the breakfast was friendly.

The host was excellent. We arrived late, but they went out of their way to receive us. The staff was very friendly which was very nice. The location is beautiful and just as advertised. The room was clean and pleasant. I would recommend a stay to anyone. This was definitely a guesthouse I wished I could've stayed at longer.

Since we arrived late; the parking was a struggle. It was quite a challenge to pull in our car. The bathroom was a little open, we were cousins visiting and would've liked a door. But we managed though.

I did not have breakfast as I left prior to breakfast to drive to Polokwane. I also did not use the Wifi. Despite the renovations and building operations going on (and the typical Cape rainy/windy weather) Reece(sp?) the owner and his wife made me feel very much at home and I certainly will stay again should I be in the area in future.

Nice clean and remodeled room. Good wifi. Host was great and worked with us to cancel one room due to a change in plans (due to family emergency) of one of the couples. Great breakfast

The beds were a little short, I am 5' 11" and my feet hung off the end. The bed was comfy other than that. There was some construction going on that might bother some guests, but it was only during the day.

Prior to our arrival, we received excellent and prompt communication from Rhys, the owner of A Queenslin Guesthouse. I always appreciate renting holiday accommodations from the owner, because they take so much more care than does a management company. Rhys and I were able to stay in close contact via WhatsApp before and during our stay and he was there to open the security gate and greet us upon arrival. He had room for us to park in the carport, which is inside a gated yard. I must say that I felt 100% safe in this area, so the secure parking was simply a perk. The guesthouse is located at the top of a mountain and offers spectacular views of the valley below. I was thrilled when Rhys offered to upgrade our room. The most surprising aspect of our stay was the beautifully landscaped gardens and pool area. The pool is much larger than the online photo would suggest. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast, prepared by Louise. On our first day, we opted to spend several relaxing hours at poolside.

While the stairs were not a problem for us, visitors with mobility issues should know that entrance to the rooms require climbing two sets of stairs.

Very good. Excellent, will recommend this to others and will definitely stay there again.
