Breakfast was very nice and the choices excellent. It was a bit cold so we could not sit outside but they had a fire "going" inside so that was nice. The wife had to see the eye specialist at 8 so she left before breakfast. They made her order and kept it warm till she came back at 9.40. No problem. I waited down stairs and while sitting at the fire got a second steaming cup of coffee and a smile reassuring me that the wifes food is ready and they are just waiting for her. I must enjoy the fire in the meantime.

I know parking is at a premium but I had a spot next to the entrance but went for supper. When I returned it was taken and I had to park across the road. I just feel a bit more safer when its one of the two spots next to the entrance.

Lovely hotel! Beautifully kept gardens, the room was spacious and clean and the Aircon kept us cool in the hot Paarl summer. The pool is exactly like the pictures and we had a lovely swim. Breakfast is REALLY good! Staff was very friendly. Very good location. It's close to Franschoek, Stellenbosch and all other locations. There is safe parking behind a gate available. Will definitely recommend.

Nothing! Before my stay I read the previous reviews and almost did not book but decided to "risk it", and I'm glad I did! I could not find anything to be true that other people complained about.

Firstly they were very accommodating as to our book-in time. I was at a conference and arrived a little late. No problem. Sunday I had a Zoom meeting at 9 which would have lasted 2 hours. Booking-out time is 10 not 11. I asked and "No Problem". I could stay and finish. Breakfast was Very Good and the choices brilliant. Sitting in the court-yard with the water running at the back was the ideal setting for a relaxed start to our day.

Nope I wouldnt change a thing.

Breakfast was filling, tasty and certainly nutritious. Catered for all your needs to get you going and sustain you for the morning. Staff professional and friendly. I made a booking on the day and managed to get assistance with settling and checking in with ease.

Secured parking is limited and if you check in later (after hours) it would be a bit challenging. Despite that, the area is relatively safe.

I loved the attention to detail in the rooms and the fact that the small things are well looked at i.e reading light, rusks, a firm bed mattress, having the aircon on before I arrived to ensure the room was warm, and the attentiveness of the staff.

Not having the parking place clearly demarcated - one naturally stops in fron tof the first black gate near Main Road, which doesn't seem to be for guests.

Beautiful place. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff

Prior to my arrival, I had notified the guesthouse that I would be arriving past midnight due to my flight from Amsterdam. I appreciate their accommodating my late arrival, but no one was at reception to let me in. My taxi driver had to call the establishment to ask to let me in. I was traveling with 2 huge suitcases and the staff member who eventually showed me to my room had to lug two 23kg suitcases up 2 flights of stairs as there was no room available on the first floor. My husband and I will be staying at Lemoenkloof for 2 weeks in the near future

I am a regular guest, thus I knew what to expect. I was unaware that the business changed owners. New facilities by the pool amongst other was a welcome surprise. Staff were superb and definitely a notch up on the previous visits.

Nothing really. We stayed in room number 10 which was well appointed.

The room was a comfortable size, neat and clean, has everything you need. Water, coffee, tea and a bar fridge in the room. The beds were comfortable. The greenery around the place is beautiful with areas to sit and relax in the garden. The breakfast was great too. Staff friendly. Wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

Everything was great.

This boutique hotel was really lovely and in a great position to see Paarl and its surroundings. The small pool and lounging area was just perfect to wind down in, and there was also a garden area to relax in. The Middle Eastern rug in the bedroom was a lovely touch. Beds were very comfortable and breakfast very good. Staff were really friendly and helpful. All in all, a perfect hotel at a good price.

Nothing.

Superb staff who all went above and beyond for us. Incredibly clean and neat - we were so cared for during our stay. The breakfast offer was delicious and the kitchen staff accommodated our requests (thank you for their patience) . Truly everyone at Lemoen Kloof made our (first) trip to Cape Town and our stay in Paarl a very special memory.
