The location is good. The cabins are great, it has everything you need and what's best, there's even a built-in braai stand. There's a nice pool and in a short walk, there's a nice beach

The beach's shore was filled with seaweed, definitely not suitable to swim in. I wish there were a variety of pools. If you don't have a car, getting around would be quite expensive. The TV wasn't working AT ALL and for all of that, I think they could've made the price a little bit cheaper.

My son stayed over, 19yrs old...typically mom I was hovering from this side in the Karoo to make sure everything went smooth with his staying over and the shuttle service to the airport the next day. Carol was an ABSOLUTE BLISS...she ensured that all arrangements could be executed smoothly and gave me the assurance to have complete piece of mind for she'll ensure that all is taken care of. Absolute STELLAR service...an xtra mile was walked with Danah!!!! Thank you very much..appreciation from the bottom of our hearts!!

Beautiful surroundings. Very clean and well stocked guesthouse. We had a mostly relaxing, fun weekend.

Although there are clearly posted notes about the number of people allowed per cabin and its supposed to be a family centered resort we were disturbed by a group of guests that appeared to be over their room limit and who were singing and playing music at 1am one of the nights. It kept children and myself awake. I think a closer watch needs to be put on who is booking rooms. A group of adults is more likely to have a party than a family group.

The quietness

There is no life saver a child was pushed into the swimming pool and almost drowned luckily a girl saved him

The location is perfect, the room had ample space and the grass were cut and i loved the fact that Pine Lodge recycles. The pool area is well kept and the jungle gym and trampoline was a treat for the kids.

Our family room had 1 mug (we had to take turns to use it ) and the carpets were dirty. Our feet turned black after a shower. It was better when we walked barefoot outside, instead of inside.

Pine lodge has become my go-to resort , there's so much activities to do , I never got bored once. I always enjoy my stays at Pine lodge , never anything to complain about. House keeping employees are super nice , friendly & very helpful they always willing to assist where they can

The fact that we have to check out at 10 , that's way too early for the amount of money we paid

The resort is a one-stop entertainment establishment. You don't have to leave the place as the beach is walking distance. There's a swimming pool always open. There's games for the young adults. There's games for under 18s. There's different event facilities if you want to have a party. Big or large groups. Even weddings.

Great location... will be coming back soon. Staff was friendly and helpful. My kids loved the facilities. Nice and quiet and cosy

I did not like the fact that I paid for a 6 sleeper and there were only place for 5 my two younger kids had to share a bed. We could not get the cottage we booked due to schools from different provinces having booked out the whole place and had not checked out yet at 3pm when we arrived. We were given another chalet.
