Wow. Just wow. Comfortable bed, room was amazing, the lodge amazing, the staff precious. Everything was ready on arrival. They printed the sheet with my name, allocated keys to it, very well done. The walk to the room was a highlight. They even had a celebration for a deceased colleague, that showed me how they care for their own team. The garden are is a plus. The wine farms and town are very close. A calm and perfect place to explore the city. Did not go to the pool as it was cold but it was just stunning.

They should have one more seat on the cement table by the lower pool. Thats it, the rest was amazing

Dear Cultivar Boutique Hotel Thank you for an amazing stay. My newlywed husband and I chose this hotel as his getting ready room and for us to return to after our wedding and wow! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us from the early check-in to the beautifully decorated room once we returned. It warmed our hearts ❤️. It was truly pleasant and one of the most peaceful stays I've experienced so far. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for making our first 2 days as husband and wife quite memorable. The weather didn't allow me to make use of the two pools which looked absolutely inviting causing us to miss the presence of a TV a bit more but we definitely will be returning!

Breakfast was good, location good and generally a beautiful place to stay. Would stay here again!

We rented bikes to go to the wineyards but the bikes are very old. One bike even broke down in the middle of the journey and we had to walk back. The hotel did, however, come to give us a new bike which was nice of them. But otherwise the bikes did seem very old and it was a real workout to cycle with them. So I would not suggest renting bikes with them as we decided to cut our journey in half due to the bikes. Staff could be more prepared to advise on good restaurants or cafes to eat in. Otherwise staff was really nice and friendly! WiFi does not reach the room properly but we did not really mind this but just as a reminded if you need to do any work.

We came here for a wedding. The room we stayed in was nice and comfortable.

I wouldn’t recommend having a wedding here. It was poorly managed and didn’t run well. Wedding planner left before the wedding began, No plates given to guests during the dinner to eat off (we were told “it’s just the starters” which I guess implied we should eat with our hands for those?), cold mash potato was put down with the starters which was a clear error as the starters were Greek tapas, the djs and sound were bad. I would be so disappointed if this were my wedding venue and how things ran

A beautiful little farm experience with wonderful views over the mountains and vineyards. I loved the room, grass area near the pool and the little tables tucked away under the trees. The breakfast was delicious and prepared early for us, as I had an early meeting. Thank you for this, much appreciated the extra effort made. The eating area and lounge space was wonderful. We kept warm in front of the fire with a drink from the honesty bar. Fabulous. Love the idea of being able to buy a few items at the lodge. Very convenient.

It really was great. Nothing to no like.

It was a great experience, from check in until we left. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. We needed some help in the room with something and she was there within minutes to sort it out. The breakfast was awesome and kitchen staff serving the hot breakfast was fast and efficient and the food was delicious. The selection of the cold breakfast was wonderful, and everything was fresh- all in all a wonderful experience and we will definitely stay there again. Well done, you have exceeded our expectations.

Nothing.

The place was peaceful and the staff friendly. The breakfast was nice and included some minor differences between days, which was nice. Our room had air-source cooling pump that made the room nice temperature.

There is no food store etc near the place. The minibar and honorary bar do include water etc to buy, but it may be a good idea to get something little to nibble, and some water from the town center.

We booked this extremely last minute as was not expecting to be in Stellenbosch. It was extremely luxe, comfortable bed, well proportioned room and high end toiletries. Beautiful views. Incredible sight being at the pool with the mountains, could easily spend all day just sitting there.

Breakfast was so so and there could have been a bigger complementary bottle of water in the room rather than charging for another small one in the mini bar - first place that we’d encountered doing that on our trip in SA

The setting was absolutely beautiful and tranquil (aside from the neighbours dirt bikes which the property could not control). The staff were attentive, welcoming and helpful. There was a wedding during our stay and we were upgraded for free to a quieter section so we would not be disturbed at night. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and neat. We had a lovely stay and will definitely recommend to fellow Travellers.

The one wooden door to our patio was broken and we couldn't open it to enjoy the views and gardens.
