Perfectly located right on Haendae beach. Service from all staff were excellent. The breakfast buffet was a phenomenal spread with both Korean and continental options.

We had an amazing 6 day family stay. The staff were all super helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel was great for the beach. We were just slightly outside of the summer season and could see that alot was being set up on the beach ready for that, so can imagine there is alot more happening during this time. We started with a family room which was a nice large room however we decided we would like a balcony so upgraded to a balcony seaview room, the hotel were super helpful with doing this and glad that we did. We tried the buffet restaurant a few times and the food was a fantastic selection to choose from (they have the most amazing Mango Short cake, i would come back and stay to just to have a slice of this again!) We decided to hire a car for our South Korea travel and the hotel had a convenient car park to use for this. The pool areas are a plus point for the hotel, and the late night swimming with the colourful lights is a must do :) Thank you Paradise Hotel for a fantastic stay :)

Its a big hotel with two different buildings, not everyone may like a big hotel.

The room was spacious, and had a small balcony towards the sea. The bed was super comfy. High quality amenities in the bathroom. The location is good, service helpful, all you could expect from a hotel of this standard.

The breakfast did not really have a lot of options if you don't want to have Asian food/warm food for breakfast. Plus for the fresh fruit, that saved my mornings. The sound proofing from the corridors to the rooms needs some work - every time someone passed by or a door in the same hallway would open, you could hear it into the room. In the night luckily mostly quiet.

The location was amazing! I love that the staff took our suitcases up to our room for us during check in. All of the staff was really kind, courteous, and helpful. It was really nice that use of the pools and spa were included in the cost and there wasn’t a separate charge. It was also nice that they give you big full sized towels when you go to the pool, as other hotels I’ve been to you have to pack your own towels because the hotel only gives you really small ones. The beds were by far the comfiest ones I’ve stayed at in Korea. Other hotels have such hard, uncomfortable mattresses, but the beds here were actually soft!

Having a map of the property would have been helpful. The breakfast was everything you would normally find at a typical korean hotel buffet breakfast. I think it would be nice for more of a variety of breakfast items because we always end up eating the same stuff everytime. You had to make reservations for the kids driving area.

Our room was with the view of the ocean, overlooking the pool and open air spa. The views were lovely! The service and responsiveness of the staff was excellent. The hotel is right on the beach, is practically next door to Busan X The Sky, as well as the Mipo Station for the Beach Train and Sky Capsule. You will also find the popular Salt Bread bakery named Jayeondo Salt Bread which makes delicious, flaky and wonderfully light salt bread. Other tourist places / attractions are at leats a 30 min car ride away.

It is not possible to just walk into the restaurants at the Hotel, they are almost always fully booked (which could mean that they are really good :) )

I stayed in a room with a sea view balcony “ main building” and that was fabulous, the location is really good everything around the hotel the breakfast was so good with many varieties and the staff were so helpful and kind

The toilet with the a very high bathtub that can be difficult for older guest and dangerous for others, with no shower try option.. also the toilet definitely requires an update it’s over used and furniture as well

We loved how friendly the staff were and the facilities were amazing. All the staff could communicate a little in English, some more than others which made it easy for us and made us feel very welcome here. The ocean pool and Cimer were fantastic and we enjoyed them a lot during our stay. We stayed in the ocean view room in the Annex building, which had very comfortable beds, and was very spacious, with a well designed bathroom/shower and toilet layout. We had one day of very heavy rain while we were here, so being able to log into Netflix was an unexpected bonus so we could relax and chill in our room instead. I also thought that room service and mini bar prices were very reasonable with lots of choice. The laundry service was also very good, all my clothes were cleaned and pressed and sent back to me within 24 hours. I would 100% stay here again and for longer if possible next time.

This is a very family friendly hotel, which is not a criticism, but for two solo female travellers looking to relax, the ocean pool was constantly filled with families. The Cimer pools were much more adult friendly and we had a great time there.

The hotel was beautiful and located right on the water. Close to lots of restaurant options and a very nice local market.

The only downside of this location is that it is about 20-45 minutes by car (we didn't take transit in Busan but could have and travel times would have been a bit longer) to some of the major tourist attractions in the city. I would still stay here again because I loved the area but it's important to keep in mind.

Very spacious room, extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet is expensive (normal for Korean resorts in the high-end category, though) but very good. The outdoor spa was divine. I was positively surprised about the gym, which had almost all machines and equipment one would need as a serious gym-goer. Staff was very friendly, extremely helpful and attentive. The view from the balcony was lovely and the location right at the beach is unbeatable. Lastly, the hotel bar was great with a very interesting and delicious selection of cocktails I have never seen anywhere else.

I was unaccustomed to the air-pressured feet cleaning devices right next to the hotel at the access path to the beach. Great invention for beach-goers, but constant noise for guests wanting to sit on the balcony for an extended period.

The location. The heated swimming pool and the view from the swimming pool. The facilities for families (nursing room, the playground, etc.).

The soap provided in the bathroom smells horrible (cigarettes). The room was a bit old in the sense that there were a lot of scratches on the walls ans the furnitures and traces of paints on the selling. The windows were very dirty outside and we couldn’t enjoy the view.
