Room is bit small but spacious enough for 1 person to stay comfortably. Good bathroom and shared facilities with water and coffee. There is no elevator, but stairs are easy and for the luggage they have a cargo lift which is very convenient. Owner and staff all very friendly and even though they don't speak full fluent english, they will communicate with you and try to help you as much as possible. I really appreciated the attention, especially from the 2 cleaning ladies who I've met every mornings. Great location, near to the Intercity bus terminal, bus stops and historical area...all at walk distance.

The hotel is good located, in between the bus station and the tomb area of Geumgwanchong. The staff was so nice, we arrived too early and left our luggage behind the reception. Gone for our first walk and when we came back the man in the reception helped us to put our luggage in their service lift to bring them to our room. The room was big, has two queen beds and was oriented to the street, but we didn't hear a thing. The breakfast was the most simple we had during our trip in South Korea, but there was plenty space to seat.

Is not that we didn't like it, but: - the hotel has no lift; only the service lift to move the luggage in between floors. If you have mobility problems, don't stay here. - the breakfast consists in coffe, milk, bread, butter and mermelade. If you expect more, this is not your hotel. - don't expect a western shower in the bathroom, it has a typical (big enough and clean) South Korean shower area inside the bathroom.

Very clean place - and very close short and nice walk to center - all the staff including the ladies who cleaned were so kind and friendly that I felt very comfortable!

Everything was perfect expect one thing that has nothing to do with the hotel . Apart fr having very thin walls .. My neighbors were after 12 so loud I couldn’t sleep - at least he was so drunk he sang so hard and loud I didn’t know whether I should lough or cry . But everything about the hotel was very nice ! The stuff including the nice ladies who clean were super friendly and kind !

I absolutely adored the staff. The gentleman behind reception was just wonderful. He was super smiley, friendly and so helpful. He helped us book a noodle lesson by going above and beyond, calling them himself and arranging it all for us as we were unable to book without a Korean phone number. He even asked how it went after we came back! The lady who cleaned our room was also really nice and friendly. The first day, we overslept and missed breakfast and she told us about breakfast just in case we didn’t know. She would ensure she said hello to us every morning with a big smile. The room itself was great. All the amenities you’ll need, gorgeous smelling soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower and big towels. I loved the underfloor heating. The bathroom is more like a wet room but dries up pretty quickly. It was just around the corner from the bus terminal and only 5-10 minutes walk from attractions. Had a great stay and would 100% recommend it to anyone.

Breakfast is toast - but this isn’t a bad thing! I just think other people may prefer more variety.

I recently stayed at Casa Mini Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff is incredibly friendly, treating guests like family, which made me feel right at home. There is no elevator! So, if you have mobility issues, the staff can arrange for you to avoid taking many stairs.

The location near city bus terminal, walking distance to the old town and near bus stop to go directly to other attraction like Bulguksa Temple, Seokguram Grotto,... Many restaurant, bistro and cafe nearby. The room is very clean and comfort

The room rate (in Gyeungju) is slightly higher than in other cities we have traveled to in Korea. The reception is not always available.

Breakfast from 8:30-9:30 only, which is very late in my opinion. It was also very basic (toast with jam/butter and banana pieces), so I skipped it the next day.

The location near Bus terminal and its quite near with some attraction. The room is clean and the facility is good, i like the bathroom quite big and clean too. They also provide simple breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price quite affordable.

The reception and lobby only can use until 10 pm, and also there is no elevator, only elevator for our luggage are available.

Location - Close to the express bus terminal. Plenty of shops & restaurants nearby. Room - Spacious & clean. Amenities provided & replenished daily (water, coffee, toothpaste). Staff - Friendly & helpful host. Polite housekeeping staff. Bed - The bed is quite firm, might not be comfortable if you are not used to it.

The fridge can be a bit loud at times, had to unplug it at night.

The hotel is in very good position, close to the city center (historical points and restaurants) and easy to get from the train station by bus. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff at the check-in was very nice!
