The location was a plus for me. It was near the bus terminal which made it easy to catch the intercity bus to Busan. Additionally, it was near several bus stops that have buses taking you to various attractions. Breakfast is no frills and if you aren't early, some food might run out. Room was big and spacious. Soundproofing was good and the rooms were well equipped: it had a fan, desk, table set and a LG steam closet. The owners were friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness could be better as there were hair in the washroom. When the air conditioner was on, there would be water dripping from the outlet into the bath area which was surprisingly loud.

Great location for all the tourist sights and restaurants (including fast food). Clean warm. Car parking available. Massive deluxe suite on 7th floor, clean and modern. All expected room amenities present. Breakfast was very good on 2nd morning.

Don't be put off by the tiny reception booth, once in the lift it is just as good as any other hotel. If driving to the hotel be careful not to turn into the side road too soon and end up in the taxi lane as we did. You have to wash up your breakfast dishes. The address is incorrect on the b.com listing, so be careful when searching for it.

We stayed at the H Avenue Hotel for a full week and were very comfortable and happy with everything about the hotel and the staff. Others had complained about the fact that that there weren't large towels, but we were given ones when we asked for them. The breakfast was very limited, but we eat little in the morning so we didn't mind at all. What made our stay fabulous was our host and his mother who became like family. They offered us to some Chuseok treats to sample, Mom doesn't speak English but she was always happy to help us when asked. Quiet, clean and walkable to many of the historic sites in Gyeongju - tourist office on the corner of the Main Street.

- The breakfast was really basic - white bread, milk, some fruits, cup noodles. The dining area was also small for the amount of people staying in the hotel and thus there wasn't enough space to sit at a table at times. There was also a queue at the microwave. The hotel is good overall just don't have high expectations for breakfast. - The shower towels provided are small which may not be enough if you are trying to dry long hair

Massive room with round bathtub, walking distance from the Intercity bus station. Quiet area 15 minutes walking from Gyongju city center and Unesco heritage historic sites. My stay was very comfortable and I am happy with everything about the hotel and the staff. The breakfast was very limited, but I don't need much in the morning so I didn't mind at all especially having convenience stores close by. Host was very nice and helpful, even shared some traditional rice drink made by his mum. Great value overall I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast consists of coffee and rameyon/toast but you have a kitchen style breakfast room where you could prepare whatever you wanted.

The room was big, clean and it came with a huge bathroom. It was close to the bus stop. Also it was in a quiet area.

Either booking.com or the hotel made a mistake when I made the reservation. The hotel contacted me the prize for the room was discounted to cheaply when I made the reservation. So they wanted me to cancel the reservation and make a new one for a higher prize. Since I did nothing wrong I didn’t cancel and still got a decent room for the original discounted prize. However in my opinion it’s a no go to ask your costumer to cancel a reservation when he did nothing wrong. I would rate the hotel with 5 stars but the discussion about the prize was a major inconvenience and a no go in customer service.

The property is conveniently located 2-5 minutes walk from the Gyeongju Intercity Bus Terminal, the tourist information center, Bus stop, including Bus 10 and 11, to go around major Gyeongju attractions and Bus 203 to Yangdong Folk Village. There’s also a taxi stand nearby. The room is quite new, clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Overall it was a a nice stay and great value.

The room was spacious and lovely and the bathroom was the largest I had seen by far. Everything there was very comfortable and the children particularly liked the giant TV. The location is right next to the bus station. The neighborhood is a tad seedy but it’s a short walk to the nicer area and attractions. The owner was caring and responsive.

No bath towels provided. Expensive on the weekends.

The location is near Gyeongju Bus Intercity Terminal which is very convenient for those who travel. The room was huge, very nice bathroom, huge TV, very good wi-fi, confortable and heated bed, work place with PC + huge monitor, air conditioning,....extremely good value for the paid money. I totally recommended.

Great place to stay with very friendly owners. Room was very large including comfortable chairs to watch TV on a giant screen. Bathroom with large bathtub and shower. Walking distance to bus station and close to all the attractions in Gyeongju. Price-quality more than good. Would highly recommend
