What a great hotel! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The room isn't huge but enough space for 2 of us with carry-on luggage. A treat to have Netflix. Lots of hot water. The self serve included breakfast is great, eggs, toast, Ramen, fruit, yogurt. Tea, coffee, water and cookies all day. The location is close to the intercity bus station and there is also a night market close by. We were able to walk to all the historical sites in Gyeongju. I highly recommend staying here! Bonus was the Cherry blossoms were out all over the city.

The room was spacious, new, clean, bright but incorporated with thick curtains so light wouldn't bother you during the morning. The bathroom was really complete, new and spacious. The room had a smart TV and a fridge that came handy to store a couple of snacks. The breakfast was super complete. Each morning we were provided with fruits, delicious yogurts, milkshakes, tea bags, milk, cereals, juices, bread, eggs that you could cook on your preferred way, instant ramen, sweets. The guests had a lot of options to choose from! The kitchen was equipped with microwave, toasters, cooks and pans, kettles, espresso machine....everything you need for a confortable stay! Laundry service was offered for the really small fee of 2000won, with free access to the drier! We have only good feedback to share about this accommodation, we fully recommend!

The staff is absolutely brilliant! <3 They were very welcoming and accommodating. The main lobby is beautiful and has a breakfast bar with cereal and ramen (free of charge) and an arcade machine for up to 2 players. The room was cozy and had radiant flooring.

The location is not the best or prettiest, honestly, but it's only 15 min away from the main touristic area. Another thing we didn't love was that the bathroom had a 'suspended' frosted glass door. If you're travelling with friends, you might prefer a door which allows a little bit more privacy, but it wasn't too bad!

I was traveling solo, and it was my first time in South Korea — and in Gyeongju ofc. The hotel and the room met all my expectations. I think the location is excellent as it allows you to reach the main attractions of the city very quickly. The hotel also offers an open space on the ground floor, which is a very welcoming and cozy relaxation area combined with a kitchen where you can make yourself some coffee, tea, or even prepare a small meal. They also provide water and a selection of instant soups which is a nice touch. As for the room — from a solo traveler’s perspective it had everything I needed. Lastly, I have to mention the very kind lady at the front desk. She brings a homey and welcoming atmosphere to the whole place and I’m sure she’ll be happy to help with any questions you might have about Gyeongju.

Overall, this hotel is an excellent value. The rooms were clean and just big enough to not feel cramped, the bed was very comfortable, and all the basics were present. Again, considering the price point, breakfast was very good, with a decent variety of options both hot and cold. Staff was quite friendly and efficient. Location is good, about 10 minutes walk to the areas with most of the restaurants, shops, etc. There are several bus lines that pass close by for traveling to other parts of the city, and the intercity bus station is only a 5 minute walk away. Ample sitting areas in the common space near the front desk and even an arcade machine!

Water temperature in the shower would fluctuate on its own, which was frustrating.

Breakfast was great. Self cooked eggs and ramen, cereal, bread and fruits are provided. Use of Laundry (washer and dryer) is very reasonable at 2000 per load Location is convenient, near express bus terminal. There's Netflix provided. Very good value for money.

Only 2 pillows are provided and couldn’t request for more even when needed for health reasons. There's supposed to be free bike use when I booked and it's listed in my booking confirmation but the reception said it costs 3000 per hour. He apologised and explained that CEO changed it the previous night. Regardless of these, the place is comfortable and very good for the price.

My family of 7 spanning three generations really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The facilities were excellent as was the location of the hotel, which was not on a main street but close to everything. The accommodation has bikes which you can use for free for two hours, and the breakfast offered in the downstairs communal space was exceptional, lots of options to choose from (i.e., cook your own eggs, toast, cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices,).

The rooms were a little small which meant there wasn't enough floor space for luggage storage, and none of the rooms we stayed in had any views. There is free parking at the hotel but it is run on a first in first served basis, so if you leave the premises in the evening your generally use your park. If the staff can find you free parking elsewhere however, they will do so.

Good location, comfortable rooms and nice breakfast included

We were unlucky to be visiting during the same time as a loud group from Spain. In 15min they ate most of breakfast food (taking as much as they could fit on plates) and took all tables. We ended up having just a toast and jogurt, since the staff does not add later on anything to the breakfast apart from bread. So if you want to have anything else, be quick.

Good location, so that everything city center specific is in 15-20min walking distance, including the tombs of the kings and other city center sights. Some hotels are even closer than that, so if you're not up for a 15-20min walk, take that into consideration. The location is in a quiet street, has convenient stores around and even an easy to use coin laundry service in 300m proximity. The hotel seems to be new, hence it's modern. It's also clean and includes most of the time breakfast until 10am. Breakfast was an interesting but positive experience which included eggs that you have to prepare yourself, coffee, water, bread, fruits, yoghurt, cereals and some other stuff (not a huge variety but enough for me as you could take as much as you'd like from the available). The interesting part is that you do cook your meal yourself and clean the dishes too. Since the hotel is low in price, I consider that fair and actually clever. You can take as many clean towels and toiletries as you need, also water (all of which is available close to the reception for you to take at your own need)

There's no option to ask for room service, which is a minor inconvenience since I do not require it often anyway. You get all the toiletries and other amenities at the hotel. You might be able to request room service at the reception since there's room service surely available, just not sure at what frequency as it was not important enough for me to check it.

The room was a decent size as was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The hotel was a 5 minute walk from the Express Bus Terminal which was really handy. It's close to convenience stores also. It's walkable to Hwangnidangil and Woljeong Bridge and several of the tombs nearby. The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming.

Breakfast is toast and eggs you can cook yourself which is perfectly acceptable, however the kitchen was jammed every morning and there simply aren't enough toasters so we had to wait around each day for one to become available to have breakfast.
