- Good location, close to bus stop - The owner gave us a map with the main sights and places to see in Gyeongju, it was very helpful - The room was very big, very luminous and modern. It seemed like both the room and the bathroom had been renovated recently, so that was a plus. Overall the room was very good. - It was clean - It had a wide living area downstairs with sofas, tables, etc, to spend your time, as well as a water dispenser in the communal kitchen, which was a plus.

- The only bad thing I would say about the accomodation was the breakfast. The breakfast was very poor. Only thing that was offered was: toast bread, strawberry jam (only this flavour of jam, and there wasn't even butter), eggs, tangerine juice and coffee. These 5 things were the only things offered for breakfast. Therefore, we were hungry and had to buy other things outside.

My husband stayed here with a couple other parents in single private rooms. The location was good. The kitchen was good and the facilities itself were good.

There was a can of Baygon in the room on the top shelf, which is a bit of a turn off. The floor also gets wet when you shower and there's only staff on site from 3PM-11PM. There's also construction right outside, which obviously the hotel can't help with.

Nine, cheap room close to the bus station. We left our bags near reception as we couldn't check in until later in the afternoon but they allowed us to chill in the lobby which is spacious and nice. Corner shop next door and within walking distance to most things. Basic but does the job and looked clean!

The breakfast situation was a bit chaotic: it's a self serve hob to cook eggs but one of the cooking rings has been removed so everyone in the hostel had to take it in turns cooking their own eggs on the one hob. You then had to wait to clean the pan, and if someone wants boiled eggs (like someone in front of us) you have to wait a really long time. There must be a better system!

Room very big - booked a twin but room had double bed and a large single and own wet room. Quiet - didn’t hear any noise from others. Everything clean. Toothpaste/conditioner sachets/toothbrushes at reception if needed. Safe. Downstairs communal area and kitchen. Simple breakfast - toast and eggs DIY style welcomed so we didn’t have to buy at convenience store. Also lockers in lobby area we were able to leave our bags in these for the day after checkout which was super helpful as the place is only about 7 mins walk from intercity bus station so we just collected them shortly before our bus.

- very hot! There is underfloor heating which is great but the room was really hot as a result and we couldn’t work out how to turn down the temp on the thermostat (was set to 27 degrees) so we put on air-con overnight and this did the trick. - not loads immediately around hotel but walking distance to streets with restaurants + we were happy to be near bus station - don’t think there’s laundry but not 100% sure

The location is great and close to the coach station and train station. The cubbies are pretty spacious and not claustrophobic, I could almost stand up and I'm about 5'11. The bed was comfy and I had a quiet night. They have free lockers available for your stuff before and after check-in which was a lifesaver. Really nice lobby area with free wifi, was great for taking call or getting ready to leave. Breakfast was nice, just fry your own eggs, some toast, butter, jam and orange juice and coffee.

The cubbies have some gaps where light comes through, was a bit annoying because the overhead lights also have no shade so if you are on the top bunk it shines into your eyes. But you can just turn the light off! (as long as everyone is ok w it). The towel was not the cleanest and I saw some faint marks on it.

The location is great. If you take the long distance bus to Gyeongju you can walk 5-10 minutes towards the hotel. 10-15 Minutes walk is the begining of Hwangnidan Street. From there you can walk towards the Royal Mounds and a even towards Cheomseongdae and Wolji pond while enjoying nice scenery. Just walking time would be between 45 minutes to an hour but you can spend easly one day like that. The bus station to go to other sightseeing places is also close (5 minutes walk). The bus towards Bulguksa for example takes about 45 minutes. The breakfast was simple but fine. It included orange juice, eggs, white toast and butter and jam. (I didnt look for coffee) The room is simple but totally adequate for a sightseeing vacaction.

Nothing really, the stay was as expected and good value for that money.

The best dorm I stayed at in Korea! The location is good, 5min on foot from the bus station. The beds are big and each unit has enough space to put your luggage in. Everything is new and clean. It's not a party place and the guests in the room are quiet and respectful. The common are is good for working. The guy working there is adorable :) Self-service breakfast is sufficient and the possibility of doing your eggs is great!

The only thing I could think of would be that the bathroom could have more sinks to wash your teeth and face but it's easy to handle in the shower

The position was excellent. 2-3 minutes walking from the Express Bus Terminal. The main tourist attractions are very close as well. Nearby plenty of places where to eat. Price was more than reasonable. Breakfast is quite limiting, you can have eggs, toasts with jam and butter and tea and everything should be prepared by yourself. Staff was very kind.

Basically you book with the convinctions you'll be staying in an hotel but it's actually an hostel. Not a tragedy but this should be specified.

Excellent location (2 blocks from Express bus terminal), many restaurants nearby, clean with friendly front desk staff. Laundromat next door was very convenient.

The property looks older, however well maintained. The break fast is self service (even boil your own eggs), so I ate at a bakery about a block away.

Parking was not that easy, there are space for 4 cars next to the building and all were occupied. Next to international bus terminal is a big parking lot but it is 10 min walk so we parked to the other side of the bus terminal on the street closer to the accomodation. There is a payed parking where parking staff arrives around 8-9 am, so still than it was free for the night.
