Location is great, easy walking distance from bus terminals and bus stops, quiet at night, room felt clean and had generous amenities (moisturizer, razor, etc.), no problems, nice bath/shower setup, comfortable stay. Oh, about the location, there were a lot of "love hotel" type places and so on around it, and the neighborhood maybe a little seedy, BUT it felt very safe and the seediness was also kinda savory.

only two hangers in the room; staff didn't tell us the AC was controlled by the TV controller, so we did without AC for our stay, and it got a little warm (we should have asked about it, so it's partly on us); toilet washlet was positioned strangely so it missed the appropriate target on your bottom. Leaving luggage after we checked out for a few hours felt a LITTLE risky as there's no special room for the purpose but just the space by/below the front desk (but our suitcase was fine and really it was not an issue).

The staff. Both gentlemen working the front desk were polite and helpful. The location is a walking distance (albeit about 30 mins) to various tourist sites. We had a car so on most days we drove. It is near the bus terminal so if someone didn't drive the location is convenient. It's located around what appears to be a red light district, but I did not find it dangerous at all. There are numerous restaurants and cafes nearby, and even a large Starbucks only 5 minute walk from the hotel. I think the property has more of a motel vibe. The furniture pieces look a bit worn. However, the room and the bathroom were exceptionally clean! The breakfast is not much. I passed on it and walked to Starbucks for breakfast.

The mattress. The mattress had a weird, plastic like cover and I got hot from it.

Main reason I booked this hotel is its location, a 5 mins walk from the Gyeongju Express Bus Terminal. There are also buses nearby that reach major attractions. Room is ok, with free 2 bottles of water. Guests can choose 2 time slots for breakfast, ie start at 0720hr or 0800hr. Breakfast is basic, good enough to fill the stomach for the morning. One can leave the luggage before check-in or after check-out, as reception is 24 hours.

Air con is not available when I stayed there from 8 to 10 Nov. Opening the window brings in the cool air in the evening. However, it can be quite noisy occasionally Hotel only provided short towels for me. Even I asked the reception for long towel the following day, I still receive short towel when I was back in the evening. :(

Good comfortable bed, easy check- in and very secure hotel. Room was spacious. Bottled water supplied free and restocked each day. Friendly staff who understood enough English. They were happy to give us bath towels when we asked. The breakfast was ok. Proximity to transport and important tourist sites was excellent.

There were no drinking glasses, wine glasses or mugs. Just paper cups. We had to ask for bath towels as only small bidet towels supplied.

The rooms were nice, we had to get 2 rooms as they didn't have any to fit all 5 of us in. Near to the bus stop (although no pavement so not all that easy to walk down with children and suitcases, the road wasn't too busy though)

One of the rooms the air con was really noisy and the other one the air con wasn't very powerful. The hot water didn't work in the bath in one of the rooms so we had to fill it from the shower.

The room was huge and the bed was quite comfortable. The bathroom was large as well and the room included a nice compliment of amenities. A breakfast was included and the staff made an effort to be accommodating. The location was very close to the inter-city bus terminal and a short walk to the areas main sites and dining areas.

The hotel's only exit stairs were being used for storage and housekeeping and the fire doors were kept propped open.

The room is big and confortable. Undoubtedly good price for the room

The breakfast. So we needed to chose a time frame for the breakfast. However, they do not refill anything after being finished. So the people to have breakfast in the last half an hour had literally nothing to eat or drink. The food anyway was super limited even when there was something

Excellent position, near the bus terminal e walking distance to major sites. Comfortable room, large Screen tv with Netflix, free use of washing machine, minimum continental breakfast included.

No wardrobe nor drawers nor shelves so impossible to unpack; no bed side lights, practically no English spoken, little willingness to help guests

Excellent location near bus depot. Felt safe. easy walk to main attractions, shops and restaurants. Very large, comfortable bed and pillows. Room well equipped with fridge, kettle etc.

Breakfast closing at 0830hrs was served too early for us

This was my favourite hotel during my stay in Korea. This hotel definitely has the most bang for bucks. If I were to come back to gyeongju I would stay here again. Spacious, cheap, bathtub, big tv, netflix, big comfortable beds, close to bus station.

The breakfast was free but wasnt that great (few options and most of it was cold). Also the place where we ate the breakfast was rather small.
