We stayed at Unboundi Gyeongju for 2 nights, and had a very pleasant experience. The front desk was closed when we arrived, but we were given clear instructions on how to get to our room. The hotel is clean and minimalistic modern, with wooden decoration. The rooms are snug, but comfortable, might be cramped if you have bigger luggages. The rooms are clean and bright, and the beds (in our case) were Futon style, but very comfortable. It's a lovely hotel and we would definitely return. Staff are more than friendly and helpful.

Staff very friendly and extremely helpfull. Breakfast was basic but very nice that it was included (toast, cheese, cereals, boiled egg, coffee, etc). Location very good as all touristic sights are walking distance. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay at Y Collection by Unbound in Gyeongju. The location is excellent, just a couple of blocks from the intercity bus terminal, so it was very easy to reach the hotel without even needing a taxi. It’s also within walking distance of many of the must-visit places in Gyeongju, which made exploring the city very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, with a minimalist and zen design that felt very pleasant. The American breakfast was simple but good, just right to start the day. Overall, a very convenient and relaxing place to stay in Gyeongju.

Suited my needs completely - solo traveller only staying for one night. The location was great - only a short walk to the bus stops to and from the train station. Good access on foot to the key sights of Gyeongju. Room was comfortable but small - good use of the space available in terms of tables/storage though. Breakfast was good but simple, so if you are expecting a full buffet style breakfast, then this is not what you get - it’s a perfectly good breakfast with cereal, toast and eggs available.

Room was very cosy - fine for a solo traveller but if there were two of you in the room I had, then it might have been a tight squeeze especially with luggage.

Ideally placed next to the bus terminal, next to bus station with direct bus to the train station, right next to the parks. The rooms are cozy, the bathroom is big, clean and well functionung, the staff is very nice. The alley from the bus terminal can look shady, but actually it was safe late at night. The complementary breakfast was well appreciated, simple, but with everything to get you going for the day.

Location : Very nice location, quite close to the main market street and to the different sites to visit. Less than 30min away by bus from the railway station, and bus stop is ~5min minutes walk from the hotel Amenities : Room is small but well arranged, bed is confortable Staff: Very helpful, I forgot my jacket in the wardrobe and left for the railway station. Staff was kind enough to quickly get my jacket in the room and give it to a taxi driver that I paid, and thanks to their reactivity I was able not to lose my jacket

Breakfast : Not amazing (some bread, cereals and boiled eggs) but still better than nothing and enough to be a snack

The location is in the city center. A few minutes walk from the bus terminals and bus stops. There's a convenience store across the street. I arrived late in the evening and the reception was already closed, self check-in process was easy. The room is great, I traveled solo but can definitely fit 2 people. It's clean and cozy. I like the free breakfast. Limited selection of cereals & bread but better than nothing. Free water - 4 bottles!!

No lift. I was on the 3rd floor, good thing that I only had a carry-on. The big planter box was a nice touch but could be an extra space for luggage, not a big deal for me though :)

The room was cozy and clean, also quiet. The location was great, near to the bus station and the tombs complex. The staff was very helpful. I arrived later than the checking hours and they provided me enough information to do a self-checking. They also contacted me on a daily basis for the best time to clean the room.

The breakfast was not as good as I expected. I think they can improve in the number of options available and in the quality of some of the products they offered.

Luckily we booked two rooms which are connected so we had an extra hallway between us for ourselves so were able to put our suitcases and shoes in there. The minimalist style, cleanliness and location, close to bus stations.

We would have prefered to pay extra to have breakfast in hotel. Was very difficult to find a good place to eat breakfast as most cafes do not open until 10am. The staff were friendly but they did not speak very good English so it was difficult to communicate with them or ask for any tips.

Excellent location. Fantastic laundry service just across the street, even cleaning and drying sneakers. Clever and stylish room design, though very small (which we were aware of). No elevator, but this was also communicated in advance.

Check-in was strictly not allowed even one hour before the official time. It wasn’t because the room wasn’t ready, but simply due to a rigid rule.
