This is my first time writing a review for travel, first of all the level of service and attentiveness of the host was nothing like I have experienced. He allowed us to check in early which was super helpful since we had multiple luggage and even met us with umbrellas with anticipation that we would have difficulty finding the place(we were traveling from US and first time visiting Jeonju). Not to mention it was heavy raining when we were dropped off by taxi and looking for the place. Upon checking in we were so surprised this place was better than the pictures shown, super clean with exceptional amenities with an amazing Mountain view. He even brought US converter late at night, I didn’t ask but wanted to know if there was one in the house but he drove 10mins to drop off. It was clear he takes high level of proud in his property and goes above and beyond to make his guests feel at home. We only wished we could have stayed longer!! This is a great for family or group of friends traveling, Can’t beat the price for all the high end amenities.

Great location in city center, walkable distance to all attractions. Hotel so very beautiful and stylish. Room was a bit small but very comfy, the interior designer did a great job with small details such as round window, lighting, kettle and other amenities.

Check-in was a bit confusing as the booking was somehow saved on other name, not of the main traveller - but the issue probably lies with Booking and not with hotel itself. It got sorted ok, just needed some more time.

Clean, modern hotel that is centrally located and with accommodating staff. Close to restaurants, convenience stores, and the main bus line, but quiet at night. Gave us two connecting rooms, which was very helpful.

Fine for a short stay, but the rooms are very small. Layout is super efficient, just not a lot of spare space for bags.

The room was very interesting and the facilities and staff were good. It is a little far from the shops but it is close to a few heritage sites!

I do wish the hotel had an elevator but the staff at the desk helped me move my luggage to the second floor of the hotel!

The staff are extremely helpful. The place was beautifully designed. It is a quiet stay yet centrally located near the bus terminal.

No elevator (staff can help with luggage though) and small towels (which the hotel is happy to provide more if required)

Clean room, nice beds, great shower. Near busstation and near a lot of great sights (walking distance)

Location OK. 10 min. A few min walk from Daereungwon Tombs Complex, 10 min from Hanok, a bit longer to Donggung Palace. Laundret across the road. Small room but nicely arranged.

No lift! The room looked larger in the pictures

Highly recommend this hotel for convenient location -2 mins from bus station and close to main tourist areas. Very clean room and staff were friendly & helpful.

The room design was unique and clean, the location is central and the most important value of them is their staff. They were very friendly and helpful!
