Location is near to many convenient stores and eateries. Daiso 12 floor store, 2 small Olive Young, Mcdonald is 5 mins walk around the corner from hotel. Myeongdong shopping street is a 5 mins walk across the road from hotel. Myeongdong station exit 3 & 7 has escalator. Nearest exit to hotel is exit 3. Incheon Airport limousine 6001 & 6015 bus stop is just 5 mins walk across from hotel. I booked a 3 single bed, room is very spacious. Bed & pillow are comfortable. Electric kettle looks new. TV working well. Toilet has wooden door, is spacious and clean, has bath tub too. Staff are friendly to assist us during our stay. Happy with our stay.

Strange design for floor 6 as there is a staircase & a small slope to separate the different rooms of level 6. I have not seen other floor so no comment. Our room happened to be the higher level of floor 6 so has to drag our luggage up the slope to reach our room. Air con is not cooling enough in the afternoon probably due to the hot summer weather but good for night time. No scenery view as window facing very close to the brick of next building.

One of the best location as a tourist within walking distance to Namsan Tower cable car up the hill and across the street of the bustling shopping & night food street in Meyeongdong. Pacific Hotel is located on subway line 4 (blue line) & make sure to get off at exit door #3 (which leads you directly to the hotel on your left). Waking distance Shinsagae (duty free shop), Starbucks, Meyeongdong cathedral and much more. We took the Arex train from Gimpo International airport and decided to take a big taxi when we left for Icheon International airport. There are also limousine bus stop around the corner. Many options for transportations. Our group had 3 double bed rooms for this reservation. The rooms all have walk in showers (no bath tubs), a safe, hot water pot, small refrigerator and no Microwave in the room. There were shampoo, liquid body soap, 1 bar of soap at the sink. The hotel provides toothbrushes, toothpastes and q-tips. There are no connecting rooms in this hotel. Our rooms were all on the 3 floors and close to each other which I requested n advance. The front desk staff were very polite and one of them spoke very well English. I forgot his name, but He is from a Latin America and spoke both English & Korean. He was very helpful. The cleaning crew was very attentive also. If you want your room to be made up, you just have to put the sign on the door. One of the many good choices in the Meoyondong area. I have recommended this hotel to other friends of mine and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Located very close to Myeongdong metro station so very easy access to the rest of the city. The airport bus also stops close to the hotel (2min walk). It is close to the hustle and bustle of Myeongdong, but not enough to experience the noise from the rooms. It is also closely located to Nam san (mountain) for a short hike and panoramic view of the city. The hotel is close to many restaurants and cafes, with the well-known two two fried chicken store right next door. The room is quite spacious and there is good shower pressure with nice smelling shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. There is bottled water in the room and generally clean, although the corners are a little dusty. The lighting in the room can be a little dark though.

There was a bit of mould in the corners of the shower room, but otherwise generally clean.

Location was excellent to reach all tourist attractions in Seoul. Although some were a distance away the hotels access to the subway system was literally on the doorstep. Any pre booked tours also stopped at Exit 8 of the subway for pick up and drop off which was also very convenient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pacific Hotel in Seoul, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. **Location:** The hotel's location is unbeatable, situated conveniently in the heart of Seoul. It made exploring the city incredibly easy, with major attractions and public transport just a stone's throw away. **Staff:** The staff were both professional and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. Their level of service truly enhanced my stay, making me feel welcome and well cared for. **Room:** The room was spacious and impressively quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day in the city. It was cleaned amazingly daily, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. Overall, the Pacific Hotel provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

The deluxe twin room was spacious for 2 adults and 1 child. It faced the Namsan tower, and was generally quiet. Its near restaurants and convenience stores. Easy to get from the airport - just take bus 6001 and stop at Exit 4 of Myeongdong station.

Not much bathroom amenities were provided. The bathtub was a bit high and not that suitable for elderly and young children. Staff while courteous, did not give off a friendly vibe. Our room door was hard to push in - think the hinge needs to be oiled.

JUST WOW!!!! 1. LOCATION: Hotel is about one hour away from Incheon International airport. I love that it is within walking distance to Myeongdong train stations and night market. My family went to Seoul in January (I think it’s still winter season) and staying at Pacific Hotel made us enjoy night market without the hardest struggle of conquering the weather 😅 The hotel being near at train stations made it easy for us during our day tours, in fact our DMZ Tour pick up area was in one of the exits. The train stations nearby is also one of pickup/dropoff points of airport busses. There are also a lot of food / coffee establishments nearby —- we enjoyed authentic Korean beef, pork and chicken ❤️ Starbucks, Ediya are within walking distance and Holly’s coffee is at the hotel’s entrance. There is also a mall within walking distance (I just forgot the name of the mall) 😅 Lastly, Namsan cable car / station (particularly the elevator thing) is about 15-20 minutes. Again, we went to Seoul on a winter so our experience walking from the hotel to Namsan cable car / station might be different during other weather. But for us - we really enjoyed the cold (a truly memorable experience for like us coming from a tropical country). 2. STAFF: They were respectful and welcoming. Check in and check out processes were very smooth since they are patient in answering all our questions. I also appreciate that I did not have concerns checking out considering we checked out 1AM or 2AM due to our early morning flight. We were also provided with amenities (like water and coffee) whenever we requested. I commend the staff for giving us a truly hospitable and accommodating experience. 3. FACILITIES / AMENITIES: I just love our room ❤️ It is really spacious and the three of us did not have problems moving around. I also appreciate that basic amenities were provided (there is even a hair dryer), there are 2 pillows for each guest.

None that I can think of —- I am doing this review almost three months since our stay and just the thought of our room view, establishments around the hotel and rewinding memories made me feel excited…

Location is good. Although hotel is located one street opposite the Myeongdong shopping district, it's just a 2min walk thru the metro underpass. Had a good view of the Namsan Tower. In terms of room size, my triple room is quite huge (1 queen size bed and 1 single bed) with a long bench to put my shopping bags.

Pillow provided can be improved. For me, it is rather low and not those with higher filling. If you prefer those fluffy type, this hotel doesn't provide. Basic toiletries (shampoo, body wash, soap bar) are provided.

Location is very good, just a few minutes walk from Myeongdong Station. And right across the street from Myeongdong Shopping Street. Room amenities were basic but sufficient for our stay. Housekeeping was good, our room was cleaned daily. There are self-laundry facilities but we used their in-house laundry service. While definitely pricier, it was convenient and service was satisfactory. We also had a view of Namsan Tower from our room. Airport bus was also conveniently located near the hotel.

Room can be a pretty tight squeeze for 3 pax (triple room), barely enough space for our big luggages but it was still bearable.

The room is spacious and we are in luck to received room with namsan tower view. The staff cleans our rooms everyday and it is spotless. For muslim, the rooms have big space for our solat and halal restaurant is just a foot steps away. Myeondong station exit 3 and myeondong market are just in front of the hotel.
