The room have air conditioning which is a big plus The room was cleaned every day and towels was changed as well. The personal was very helpful.

The room don't have a balcony and apart that they don't offer clothes stand dryer which should be a must as we was on the beach each day. On staying there our clothes and towels was staying wet without any possibility to dry them. While we was out we had leave the window open to freshen the room but unfortunately there was coming a stinky smell from outside.

The hotel is next to the EUIPO HQ. If you have business there, it is OK. If you want to visit the city, you need to travel a bit. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel. It is possible to pay on the bus, the price is 4.5 EUR in 2024 for a sigle ticket (one ride). Otherwise it is a bit far from everything - I did not find a shop nearby. The closest was in 2.5 km walking - I did it. The hotel has a restaurant - I did not try it. There is a big parking place in front of the hotel.

The walls were not sound-isolated. The wifi was bad - too slow and disconnecting a few times.

Really nice airport hotel that we used as we arrived late on the first day of our holiday. We actually arrived on the day of the power cut in Spain April 2025. Got a taxi from the airport to here at night. You can imagine the difficulties and the staff were doing a grand job making sure people got their rooms and everything in spite of the technical issues. Staff were lovely and you should be able to get a taxi onwards to your destination easily by asking for one at reception when you check out next day. Breakfast was nice too.

B&B hotels are always reliable and at a very reasonable price. Great service by the friendly staff, who are multilingual. Great breakfast on premises, comfy rooms and beds. The hotel is out of the way from the city center, which makes it quiet, and it's also quite near to the beaches south of Alicante, where you can find nice little beach front restaurants and clean beaches. Would definitely stay again!

The bathroom is smallish, but serviceable. The shower pane design allows water to spill out. Perhaps something could be done about that? Otherwise, great choice of accomodation

Comfortable bed, nice to have a coffee machine available. Reasonable sized room which was clean. Free electric car charging points. Not expensive but there are reasons for that.

Quite a distance from the city centre, about 3.5 miles walk albeit pretty flat. The hotel is quite close to a very busy main road so it was a bit noisy. Apart from a couple of other budget hotels there didn’t seem to be anything else nearby. A small point; there was a coffee machine (Nespresso type) with a couple of capsule but no milk, neither liquid or powder form. Luckily we both like black coffee but not everyone does.

The breakfast was exceptional, parking was consistently available, and the sea view was outstanding. The staff were helpful, and the hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient.

There was a strong scent of aerosol air freshener in the room. While the room was consistently clean upon our return, excessive use of the freshener seemed unnecessary as cleanliness was already evident.

it's a good place for stay. We stay with a big dog (30 kilos), and pay extra fee, but get a little gift for our dog and we like it. There is a park near the hotel and you can walk there during the day with your dog. Bad is comfortable, there is a table with chair in our room. Also we like the parking.

Hard to say. In general all is good, because of price.

The ratio comfort and prize is very good. The hotel is very well situated for going to the citycentre by bus, it can be reached by the bus (take busstop IBIS) and the exhibition centre is nearby to. We didn't travel there by bus but by car but I guess taking a taxi there isn't expensive either. The rooms are well cleaned and the bathroom is well equiped. Breakfast is reasonable prized and offers a broad range of products and diner is great. Freshly cooked and again reasonable prized. Bed I can't comment on as that's personal preferece

Nice sheets and pillows, comfortable mattress. Free parking was available on late check in at 9pm. Very clean and modern bathroom, top quality towels. Good buffet breakfast with decent choices. Requested a room with a view and woke up in the morning to a beautiful beach sunrise!

The room was pretty tight for 3 people. Air conditioning did not work.
