1) The location of the apartment is excellent for tourism as well as for daily life: It's almost at the center of the old town and surrounded by many touris attractions. Across the street there is the famous Mercat de la Boqueria; Walk 100 meters you will get a full-size Carrefour Market; If you walk another 400 meters along la Ramblas to Plaça de Catalunya, you will find the local shopping center -- El Corte Inglés where you can get almost everything for your life. 2) The facilitis in the apartment are in almost full fuctions: washing basin is devided from toilet and shower compartment; toaster, coffee maker, water boiler, induction stoves, fridge and cloth washingmanchin with drier are equiped in the kitchen. There are 2 french balconies in the living area facing to la Ramblas with double-glazed windows which blocks well the noise from the street. 3) The prompt response of service from the apartment staff: when I complained the block of drainage in the shower compartment to the receptionist, they fixed up the problem right away.

1) The bed size is fairly small. May be due to the limit of floor size. But I think there is room for improvement by furnature re-arrangement. If the owner can provide me with the existing layout plan (in .dwg format) I myself can make a new layout plan of the studio free of charge for their reference or fun. 2) In most of time, the WiFi in the apartment is so slow that we have to go through our mobile traffic to get on internet and social apps.

Set in an ideal location, in the centre of la Rambla you will find endless shops, restaurants, and beautiful buildings.The market is across the street with its array of different fish, meats and fruits. The stunning marina is only a short walk away, as is the beautiful beach and seafood restaurants. The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and have everything needed for a base to stay. This is definitely a city that never sleeps so expect noise from the street outside, but having said that, it adds to the experiences of Barcelona. The hustle and bustle is what Barcelona is all about! Great stay, amazing city!

Stayed in 42A for 3 nights. The unit was spacious and clean with amenities provided (except dental hygiene kit). Staff members were very polite, nice and helpful. Excellent location as it is only a minute away from the nearest metro station. Yes, you will hear the rumbling noise from the metro trains every now and then but it wasn’t too loud or bothersome for us (maybe because our unit is on the 4th floor ?). The issues we encountered were : 1.) The hot water in the shower and in the kitchen sink stops working starting around midnight onwards and comes back around 5am (I think), 2.) We had a hard time using the kitchen hob. I believe one hob was faulty and the other hob turns off by itself after 10mins 3.) No one provided us with the change of bath towels on the third day contrary to what was noted in the bathroom. But we did not mind it as we were checking out the next day anyway.

Nice view - we could see Montjuic from the apartment. The apartment is perfect location to explore city center, it is next to the Marcat de la Boqueria, on the main touristy street. Communication wise, the apartment is just next to L3 metro line and in short walk distance from Płacą de Catalunya, which is one of the main communication hubs in Barcelona. Smal kitchen had everything we needed inc. some basic ingredients, tea and coffee (although pans and pots were quite worn out).

Apartment located on 5th floor - the room was bit too smal. I expect other apartments (on lower floors) to be a bit better. The rooms would benefit from redecorating them. We wanted to prepare some meals in the apartment and although the kitchen has everything you would need, the pans and pots were quite wine out and should be replaced. It’s quite chilly now in December in Barcelona and there were no duvets available in the room (just bedsheets and blankets). We may have been “lucky”, but there was an overnight party two nights in a row in some nearby apartment, so that affected our sleeping.

The Reception was very efficient and conducted an welcoming and friendly manner, including providing information about the surrounding facilities and supermarkets. The apartment is located on the Las Ramblas yet being quite high up, most of the street noise was dampened. Excellent facilities and everything you needed to self cater, although there are numerous restaurants nearby. The apartment was clean, and the furniture and bed were comfortable. The apartment faced South, with a pleasant 'Juliet' balcony. Most things are within walking distance, including a metro station a few minutes away. The main 'hop on hop off' bus stop is in the nearby square, at the head of Las Ramblas.

Everything was really good thank you. Absolutely noting to do with the hotel, but whilst we were there my Booking.com account was hacked, with someone changing my email address and attempting to use my credit card details to book a hotel in Mexico City for £1,200 [as you do!]. Fortunately, the bank spotted the attempted fraud and it was blocked - eight weeks on Booking.com are still 'investigating'!

These well equipped apartments are in a perfect location on La Ramblas and right near a metro station as well. They're not as noisy as you would think and have a nicely equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and living room. Reception was very helpful in many ways.

Despite being listed as having a washing machine, many apartments do not and you need to look very carefully at the room before booking. Having said that, the staff volunteered.to do our laundry for us and this is only one example of the good service we got from the reception. I can't speak as to whether they're overpriced, but at the least they don't represent a bargain. Nonetheless, Barcelona and especially La Ramblas is very expensive.

The Aparthotel is situated at the most convenient place imaginable in Barcelona: more or less halfway the Ramblas directly opposite La Boqueria, 50 meters away of a metro station. The studio was clean with good beds, ok furniture and a good shower, with an elevator and near shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It is a bit noisy outside, and you can somewhat feel the metro pass by once every few minutes. It wasn't at all a problem for us, but light sleepers might get irritated by this. Also the Ramblas is somewhat seedy after dark, but it seems safe enough there.

From the minute we walked in the door early to store our bags Jan the Duty Manager was just so helpful with hints and tips of what to do and where to go, along with even providing us with a map along with showing us all the points of interest. The location is super cool right in the heart of Las Ramblas and opposite the food market.

Nothing we didn’t like here it was excellent.

The staff was incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming, felt like was visiting friends than staying at hotel..it was nice to have reception, who were there to help and available, felt more personal and safer than door code entry. bed and sofabed very comfortable.. . the apartment was clean and updated, spacious for location

Would have preferred extra hand towel...really nice place to stay.

Loved the location ! Bang in the middle of Las Ramblas. Directly opposite the food market and many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a short walk from the main stop for the city bus tour. Great apartments with everything we needed and more! Special mention to Christina who was on the desk and super smiley and helpful. We arrived from Scotland early and she stored our luggage, advised about sightseeing and while we were away, she called be to say they had prepared room early specially and taken all our bags to room for us. Outstanding. Superb balconies where you can sit with glass of wine and soak up atmosphere of the street!
