The free luggage storage in the same building is super convenient, however none was available to us, since 2 u its were broken. But there is a paid luggage storage within walking distance 5 min away. The access to roof terrace is great, you can see the Barcelona Cathedral from it. But the pool is only like 2 foot deep, more like a wading space. It is small and shallow. The patio/terrace with plants and lounge chairs is nice. Beds were comfortable. The unit was well supplied with everything we needed, dishwasher capsules, laundry detergent, soap dish, shower gel, shampoo. Communication with management was effective and prompt. I would stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying here. As a family of four, with 2 small kids it was perfect. Excellent location and accessible with a pram, Has a lift and high chair and travel cot provided. Location is close to Las Rambla and we found walking everywhere was very convenient. Lots a small food places and all the large shops very close and a supermarket a few mins walk. The pool/sun area we didn’t use as it was February, but it would be lovely in warmer weather. The kitchen area is well equipped and has a cleaning box with laundry tablets and washing tablets etc - the washing machine was great with children! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was equipped and nice towels too. All round a great stay!

Maybe just curtains would be good, there is a street light right outside the window.

The location was amazing. Tons of things within walking distance. The building seemed very secure and the ability to unlock the doors with your phone was a definite plus! The bed was comfortable there was plenty of storage for items. There were also lockers provided for use until the unit was ready for us to check in, which was great since it started pouring rain shortly after we left our bags in the locker. The pool was nice for a soak to cool off. Plenty of chairs on the rooftop and the view was wonderful. There were more than enough towels for use during our stay. Also provided a couple of laundry detergent packets and some tabs for the dishwasher.

The pool could have used a cleaning as it had something in the middle of it on the bottom. Some of the boards on the rooftop were very soft when you stepped on them. They felt rotted and a little unsafe. There is a park across the street that gets very noisy in the afternoon and evening. Definitely need a sound machine to sleep as the noise echoes up and down the street.

Digital access to main building and apartment worked great and was super convenient. The apartment itself was super roomie, had great view of the cathedral, location was very convenient to in Gothic quarter to access tourist attractions, transportation and grocery. It was surprisingly quiet though also even being in the heart of Gothic quarter.

We had a water leaking incident in our bathroom - although, the response of the management staff was EXCEPTIONAL to come address is so we understand things happen and were impressed by this service when something did. I hope they were ultimately able to fix the leak for future.

This property was in a great location which is was just what I was looking for! We could walk to many shops and restaurants and a grocery store was not too far. Getting into the building was easy once I filled out the forms and got the code. We were able to store our big suitcases in the storage lockers and go explore. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms were quite and beds were comfortable. I would stay here again!

We traveled with our 4 year and 2 year kids. The apartment was very clean and tidy, the appliances of good quality. We used the microwave, the oven and the stove and everything was working well. It is super well located and very close to the center, metro and restaurants. We reached out several times to the reception and they have been very helpful and kind. There is a small playground right down the apartment that we used several times. There are several supermarkets around the corner, which is valuable when you want to quickly pick up some food and bring back to the apartment.

1/ We didn't manage to have really warm water for the bathtub (hear me: the water was warm, so no problem there but not "hot" as you would like to have a really warm bath). 2/ We could hear our neighbors through the wall, not much but that made us a bit concerned that our neighbors would hear our small kids play as they can sometimes be loud. 3/ The apartment feels crowded/packed when the guest bed is out. For the price and based on the pictures, we had expected a slightly bigger apartment.

Great location, walkable to restaurants, shopping, felt safe, spacious. Nicely appointed kitchen. Quiet location at this time of year.

We never could get the door code to work for our apartment or the rooftop pool, so we never saw it. Door keypad code worked for entry door, but for our apartment we needed to use the mobile digital door link on the web. If there had been a bad internet connection or phone unavailable we wouldn’t have been able to get in. Attempts to use the dryer on washer/dryer did not work, just very hot and wet clothes, but that’s kind of typical for those.

Location was great. Electronic access made it easy to get in

Would have been nice to have access to the pool before the 4pm checkin. We arrived early and the lockers were great to store our luggage. But relaxing by the pool would have made for a nicer start to our trip

Location was perfect for exploring the city. Our needs were very quickly responded to I would happily stay here again and recommend to friends.

Swimming pool should have been advertised as a paddling pool. It didnt spoil our Feb holiday as the weather was too cool but had we had come in the summer expecting to be able to swim we would have been disappointed.

The apartment was very spacious, perfectly furnished. Upon arrival we immediately had a locker where we could put our things before moving in. The same was available on the day of departure

In the room with separate beds we couldn't open the window during the night because there was noise from the street until the early hours, but that was probably related to Black Friday. After closing the window everything was ok.
