This was a very clean hotel. The sizes of the rooms were pretty out of the ordinary for Europe and that was a welcome surprise. It is located about 1520 minutes from the city center, which is fine if you want to really be away from the chaos question! The neighbourhood of Poblenou is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend it to anyone because it is full of locals the restaurants are amazing and everything is walking distance. Epic shout out to the front desk staff, especially David and Pau, who are really extra extraordinary helpful with every aspect of our day !!

The location was great but the super staff made our stay even better. Easy walk to a big shopping center. Tram stop in front of the hotel. Wide streets and walk ways. We even walked to Sagrada Familia from the hotel. After visiting Greece , Italy and France where the people we met were very unfriendly even when we spoke in their language. Spain was totally different. Barcelonians a very helpful, friendly and will go out of their way to assist a tourist. Hotel is highly recommended.

Perfect modern hotel, well located near a shopping mall, lot of restaurants and shops around, clean and decent neighbourhood, 20 mins walk or 5 mins tram ride to Sagrada Familia, 4 metro stops to Plaza Catalunya, very polite and nice employees, modern room, and comfortable bed, I loved it.

Parking is a bit tricky and expensive, the parking is in another building across the street, you need to stop buy the reception to let someone come and open the parking everything, however it is not that big deal anyway

Staff were brilliant. The hospitality from the frontdesk, to the restaurant and housekeeping; the entire team were incredibly friendly and helpful. They also remembered my mum's birthday and presented her with a little cake, which was a lovely surprise for her after a long day sightseeing. Rooms were spacious and clean with very comfy beds. We loved buffet breakfast which was varied with hot and cold choices and fresh Location was perfect, away from the busy city center but with transport links to get to tourist spots quickly. Its about a 20 min walk to the beach from the hotel via the Rambla del Poblenou, a lovely street with lots of bars and restaurants and more of a local feel, but without the crowds of the more famous La Rambla in the city center.

We had a four-night stay here during the Primavera festival and enjoyed it very much. The hotel is located on Avenue Diagonal at the top of Rambla del Poblenou, which runs down to the seafront. This is a great location! You can find everything you need on Rambla del Poblenou - bakeries, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, takeaways. It is a bustling area with a local feel. The hotel itself is good too. A nice lobby area with cafe/restaurant attached. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was on floor 10 with a view of the city and, in one corner, Sagrada Família. The room was a nice size with a good desk for catching up with work and a large, comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well.

On arrival, we were a few hours in advance of check in. I understand early check in is not always possible and I don't automatically expect it. However we were told there was a room available, if we would pay an extra €40 for early check in. This is just silly in my opinion. We were already paying €300 per night for a four-night stay. Is it really necessary to charge an extra €40 for early check in on top of that? This kind of unnecessary policy could impact brand loyalty from customers. I should note that in the end, we were allowed to check in three hours early without paying the extra charge, which was a good gesture of customer service and this was appreciated.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The mattresses were incredibly comfy, and the room was equipped with various charging ports. When my MacBook couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi, the front desk provided me with access to a separate network. The staff was attentive and made things happen. The breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious.

I liked the room itself and the view. The staff were highly professional, helpful, and friendly. Specifically, I liked Pau's highly professional conduct as he wanted to make sure that I have a good experience at this hotel and pictured a very good image of this hotel. I will definitely come back to the same hotel in the future if I travel to Barcelona again. A special shoutout and Kudus to Pau for his excellent service!

It happened twice that one or two of the pillowcases were not as clean as expected and had some stains on them.

Large and comfortable room with a nice view over. A beautiful neighborhood.

Amazing location on two of my favorite streets in the whole city!! Avinguda Diagonal and La Rambla Del Poblenou (not the main extremely touristic La Rambla) At the very start of both streets filled with bar and restaurants and the best places to have a stroll! And just 15-20 mins walk from the beach! Our front desk host Mora was delightful, helpful and extremely friendly! She made the whole experience seemless and so nice from our check in to our whole stay and check out. Will always be coming back here when in Barcelona.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean, rooms were comfy. Breakie and gym were fair. They accommodated us very well through a black out in town.

The breakie was really good, but the same every day - only trickier if you're staying for a long period. The location was good for me on the days I was working but a bit far from the centre if you're traveling for fun.
