The Mirror Hotel did not disappoint. On arrival reception staff were very helpful and informative. In particular Diego who took us to our room and explained how everything worked. He also took time to show us locations of places of interest and routes on the map. He is very friendly and an absolute asset to the Mirror Hotel. The bedroom (658) was lovely and spacious. It was also very clean. The bed was very comfy as were the pillows. The room had added extras of bathrobes, slippers, coffee machine, fridge, hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. The roof top pool was an added bonus. We didn’t book breakfast so can’t comment. The hotel bar prices are reasonable. Across the road is a small Mexican restaurant and we recommend it highly. If we return to Barcelona we would gladly stay in the Mirror Hotel again. Please pass our gratitude to Diego again.

Interesting and unusual interior design, both in rooms and lobby. Awesome location. If you are coming to Barcelona as a tourist, highly recommend this area. Nice utilities: bathrobe, slippers, shower gels, etc.

Pillows, as many others mentioned in their reviews, are really really bad. Toilets with glass and quit transparent doors without any lock and noise cancellation are basic for the Spain (or Europe in general, idk) - unfortunately, this hotel isn't exception.

Everything was really clean, my room was cleaned every day as well. The room was beautiful just like the photos and the staff was very sweet and helpful whenever needed.

The water pressure of the smaller shower head was not adjustable. And sometimes the lights would flicker or wouldn't go to full brightness, but I've heard that in Barcelona there are sometimes issues with electricity so it's possible that this is something that the hotel has no control over. There was also some construction being done on the hotel so the gym and pool were unavailable during my stay, it would have been even better if those amenities were accessible.

This hotel goes into my top 5 hotel in the whole world. From the level of customer service provided to the cleanliness of the room, everything we saw and experienced at this hotel was top notch. All the staffs were extremely kind and attentive. The room was spotless, and very speciaous. We could easily open two suits cases of ours. We loved the design of the room as it was really functional. The water pressure was exactly how we liked it to be and the hot water came out really quickly. The power sockets are designed to accommodate universal guests which we appreciated a lot. Everything was great and we had nothing to complain about. We would deffo come back here again.

Spacious room with terrace and city views. Excellent staff, especially at breakfast where no request was too much trouble. The breakfast was a freshly prepared buffet with great food choice and eggs/omelettes cooked to order.

No swimming pool available and didn't see any sauna as listed on booking.com. TVs could do with being replaced with more SMART models which host on demand services.

The location is superb - close to the city attractions but away from the crowds. This hotel has a character, a little something to make it memorable. The room is big and has everything you need. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choices, fresh and tasty.

The shower and the bathroom were clean. However, the floor in the shower was wobbly and not comfortable to step on. We also had troubles figuring out how to make the light work as we wanted, it was not quite intuitive.

Clean, comfy bed, nice sitting area - felt like I was in a glamorous caravan as the room was long and not very wide. It was quiet too. Great bar on the corner called Dry Martini.

I believed I was having a room with a balcony. I felt the concept of the shower in the wall was good yet slightly edging on the dangerous side if you were to slip or difficult to get into if you were elderly of suffered with a disability of sorts. Did the hotel have a bar?

Bed was very comfy, one of the best from the hotels I stayed throughout this trip. Also rooms were spacious and the staff very nice and helpful.

Shower drain clogged and made the whole showering thing complicated without spilling water into the room. Also bathroom door is kind of see through; if you travel with a partner and you want to keep things on the 'sophisticated' side, might make things a bit bizarre.

No adapters in the hotel.. they should have a few handy and charge a deposit until its returned. Plugs next to beds are not practical. If you have adapters amd a charger they will not fit mext to bed. The swimming pool upstairs was used by pidgeons to bathe. Hope they put a good amount of chlorine Some windows in rooms open, whilst others dont.
