The hotel is half way up a hill on a road called calla Manila so anyone with walking problems i would recommend you check to see if its suitable for you ,all parts of the hotel are accessible for people with walking problems with a lift down to the basement restaurant also charging points are available for disability scooters. The rooms are standard 3 star size very clean but no fridge or tea making facilities ,all staff are very help full ,food is typical 3 star hotel type gut i must add this hotel is used by a lot of Spanish so don`t expect English entertainment we like going there because it is Spanish and not really suited to young people or those who want the entertainment that Benidorm offers we like both so a stroll into town and back out suites us ,last note the bar prices are very good for a hotel .

All the staff were very friendly and helpful especially the staff at reception. It was good value for money and the food was excellent.

Nothing to dislike although it would have been nice to have some English channels on the TV and a fridge and kettle in the room. Not a criticism just suggestions. Also sometimes long wait for lift at busy times.

I have been going to Benidorm for over thirty year,s been in most hotels .i stayed in the sadoes monico all exclusive best Hotel in Benidorm.but how much can you drink how much food can you eat .you never have to leave the hotel .so why go to Benidorm so much to do . I have stayed at this Hotel before ,a budget Hotel up a very steep hill but i knew this. so i got a mobilty scotter .takes the strain. breakfast not very good better to go out for breakfast .i was halve board now the evening meals was the best i have had in any hotel well worth having .and a bottel of house wine 3 to 4 euroes .very pleased with this people demand such a lot now but this time of year still part of the summer season very good value for the money.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, well maintained and well driven. The food is delicious and varied, especially the lunch and dinner.

I have nothing to complain about.

We stayed full board and whilst our arrival was delayed the desk manager was able to get us a seat in the restaurant just after the 9.30pm close. There was a wide selection of food available at each mealtime which should suit all tastes. The room was clean and, whilst there was a minor issue with the room lighting on arrival, this was dealt with immediately by the desk manager and maintenance then sorted this the following day. The proximity to all local amenities was a bonus.

There was a minor issue with the room lighting which was dealt with promptly and there should be a review of the balcony window locks as they seem worn.

Lovely clean but basic hotel. Staff very friendly. Lovely pool area especially for a drink at night. Location is a very short walk to the strip but the price is literally half of the strip hotels. Not a "British" hotel. We found it to be a mix of races but predominantly the Spanish. However, everyone was very friendly and we quite enjoyed the mix of people.

The food had a very poor selection but the hotel was so cheap, and eating out in Benidorm is so cheap, we mainly ate out. I would say that the food was no worse the the Sol Pelicanos where we stayed last year, but that is because the food there has deteriorated so much.

Clean . Food okay. Good value for money. Pool area very nice.

Couldn't work air conditioning. Had to leave balcony door open so there were mosquitoes in room which is not good.

Great little hotel for the price we paid. clean facilities, friendly staff. As others have mentioned mainly Spanish guests but all very friendly and many of us attempted at least the very basics of conversation (good morning, lovely day) etc. Authentic Spanish entertainment at night which was lovely to listen to and a nice little touch of local culture in a place that can be overwhelmingly British. Food was basic but good, not a huge amount of choice but always at least two or three options. Once again not your traditional English/American buffet (think kids would struggle) and do not expect your traditional English breakfast. Location is great, 5 minutes walk to beach and about 6/7 minutes to Morgan's Tavern (Neptunes) and the start of the strip. Now, about that infamous hill! Yes, there is a hill, yes, it's a bit steep but it's such a short distance from the bottom to the hotel (2 minutes) it's probably not going to kill you! If you want to save a bit of cash to spend on the many delights of Benidorm and just want a place to lay your head at night and be sure of getting three adequate meals a day this is a great choice.

Everything is ok with this hotel, it's very clean with clean towels every day and with a daily maid service. The beds were good, there not of the foam type that makes you hot and sweaty which had in a different hotel, the sheets were changed after 4 nights for fresh ones. The food was really good, with jacket potatoes. Chips were served up but not everyday so a nice variation. The swimming pool area was cleaned every day by all cleaners, it's mopped up, not just swept like some hotels. It's near the beach so that's a bonus. If you have any issues with the room they will do there best to put it right. Great hotel with fantastic staff, we have stayed at more flash hotels (hint) and the food was terrible. The ice cream is top quality, it's Nestlé's and it's simply the best.The fridge is never empty with a good selection of flavours. There is a good selection of fruit including bananas, you don't often see Bananas in other hotels and if you do there gone in a flash. For the cost of the stay here it's a bargain and we have already booked for September.

Well we were not impressed with the breakfast as they have changed the bacon to a sort of composite of bacon pieces and flavoured fat, it's awful. Our last stay here the breakfast was really good with real bacon. I'm sorry to say that the coffee was like paint stripper, new machines to the last time we stayed. There was no beetroot on the salad bar which we both thought should have been there. Easy things to put right and it didn't spoil the holiday.

Great location, excellent service and friendly staff. Nice little pool area and restaurant space downstairs. This is a good place for an affordable stay not too far off the town center. Loads of bars and food options nearby and only a minute to walk to the beach.

Beds were a little uncomfortable for a larger guy, but i slept ok. Would be good to have some labels on the food choices to help see what is vegetarian/vegan etc. However the staff were happy to make me plain pasta when the choice was limited and the salad bar was good.
