Apartment was spacious, very nicely kitted out, comfortable and very clean. Beds were excellent. Staff were helpful and very friendly. We had an easy electronic access to the building from first arrival. Location is great - in our opinion, the best bit of Cadiz due to proximity to La Caleta beach and the bars and restaurants. It also feels more local than other parts which can feel quite touristy (obviously speaking as a tourist...)

This property was an architecturally attractive building in the old city and had been impressively renovated as a high tech apartment. We loved that entry to the building and apartment was from an app downloaded onto our phones as this was super convenient. The facilities in the kitchen were enough to allow us to prepare breakfast or a simple meal and the apartment was kept spotless by the cleaner each day while we were out. The nespresso machine with generous daily pods was a godsend for breakfast as was the netflix tv in the evenings. We also loved the two balconies that allowed us to look out on street life.

The automatic light in the hall is a bit of a shock as you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The kitchen has essential facilities but could be improved with a roll of kitchen towels and a cutting board.

The apartment was immaculately clean, and the owners have fitted very good quality furnishings throughout it. The staff we met were very friendly

The air-conditioning system wasn't reliable and kept on switching itself off. The lack of windows meant towels rarely dried properly. Only miniature-sized bottles of shampoos & shower gel ( and no hand soap) seems a poor decision to offer for guests, especially when the fitted facilities were very good

The hotel is in a Very central location in Cádiz. The facilities are Very modern and good.

A major issue was that the room was not properly cleaned - dirt and dust under the bed, waste items in the bathroom.

- The studio apartment is modern, spacious and well equipped. Bed comfy - Location is great - a few minutes walk to the beach, supermarket and lots of restaurants. The centre of old town is about 10 mins walk. - Really nice rooftop area and pool - Staff friendly and helpful.

Would have preferred something heavier / thicker than just a sheet on the bed.

Good location in the heart of the old city, a very short walk from La Caneta Beach. Many restaurants next door. Spacious studio and bathroom, and adequately equipped kitchen. Quiet place. Nice jacuzzi and small swimming pool on the terrace. Friendly staff. Convenient covered long-term and safe public parking at a short walk at reasonable price.

TV connections could be better

It was brand new, the staff were excellent & couldnt have been more helpful. The rooms were spotlessly clean. Rooftop terrace a good added extra.

Location - not a particularly good area but quiet. Also within easy walking distance to the better areas. Some cushions would be good in the living area.

The property was easy to access, staff responded to messages promptly both before and during our stay. The location was perfect for bars, restaurants and a lovely beach. The roof terrace was beautiful and relaxing as was the apartment. The apartment was serviced daily and all staff supremely pleasant and helpful.

Gorgeous, well designed apartments in the heart of La Viña. What a location! Facilities were fabulous- pool, terrace and guest laundry were all wonderful. We were able to leave our bags for a while and use the terrace after checking out. Enrique couldn’t do enough for us, he was so helpful and a real asset to the suites!

We stayed 4 days and would have liked the towels and bedding to be changed but that’s also quite standard for 4 days, so just a personal preference!

Location is in old town, close to the beach, pictures are as they are on the booking. A lot of space in the room, nice fresh new loft design, windows are to the street and close to another building (2nd floor app). Absolutely lovely key free access to the venue! through application.

A little bit feel not clean - black hairs on bathroom floor, towels... not critical but visible. I would appreciate small bottle of water for free at check in.
