Breakfast was good, plenty of food and options. So was Dinner too, very cheap and for that a lot to eat and Even healthy, definitely satisfactory. Room was always impecable, no sand to be found after cleaning, surprising actually. Shower was comfortable, good presure and nice hot (or cold) and hotel is Perfect located for anywhere you want to go on the East Side. Best of all was the personell, everyone was extrémely friendly and helpful at all time.

Coffee wasn’t the best and juice was Fine but the real squeezed Orange juice was way better yet costed extra, somewhat a shame. Other than that almost no complain, hotel isnt cheap but i believe it keeps up to its standard snd is worth it.

The shower needs renovation, as water was leaking. There was no shower gel, and the TV was not working, either the internet but we informed the staff, and they fixed what they could.

I stayed at Guya for 6 nights in May 2022, half board. Almost everything exceeded my expectations. All the staff was SUPERB, the Italian receptionist (Margot) was SUPER KIND, and she was available to help all the holiday long. The room was big (and I took the standard) with plenty of space and sun. The shower was super big (approx 2 m2). The breakfast and the dinner were more than ok; plenty of choices, but (a little) repetitive (although I think it always happens in these cases). Anyway, every evening there was a choice of meat, fish, vegetables and salads, some pasta, and some rice. All in all, more than ok. The quality/price ratio was anyway EXCELLENT. If they keep the standard and the price, next year a comeback will be a no-brainer!

Some guests were noisy (and sometimes drunk). It is not a critique of the hotel, though; I think this does not depend on the structure. In a couple of cases, some side dishes at the dinner were not edible. In one case, it was a kind of fried mashed potato (at least I think it was so), and a couple of times was the pasta. The latter was definitively overcooked and of low quality. But I am Italian, and most of the guests are German, so they won't notice :). It was weird that the remote control of the TV in the room was provided against a deposit of 5 EUR (given back at the end of the stay). The hotel manager explained to us that he did so because people kept stealing it... :). Anyway, he did give us the remote without a deposit (and I did not steal the remote).

Spacious room, comfy beds, good breakfast. Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is quiet, but just a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants. Three gorgeous beaches in a walking distance. Everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Water from the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor trough the door. Should be an easy fix, hope they will take care of that.

We were warmly welcomed by stuff at Guya Wave Hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean with nice balcony. Comfortable beds with normal quilit (not as thin as sheet) . Personally I like LED lights. I would choose this place again if coming back to Mallorca

the location was very good, it was not in the middle of parties, so it wasn’t loud, the view from the balcony was excelent (you can see the sea), there is a pool where you can chill and relax

it was sad that the pool working only till 8 pm

Towels and toiletries were often forgotten to be changed or replenished, we had to ask for it almost every day. It was noisy sometimes even with earplugs

The facilities that come with the hotel and the room was spacious.

The staff was kind of rude after we had to switch rooms because the AC didn’t work.

Room was very spacious, amazing location for getting to the harbour. Helpful and friendly staff.

Wi-Fi was poor

Not negatives for me but some people may want to weigh up the below: you can pay extra for a fridge and kettle - as price is so cheap you can’t criticise charging for these extras, you then have the choice if feel you want to pay for them. During our 5 night stay we didn’t receive housekeeping but again, that keeps the price down, do I change my towel at home daily, no, so I don’t expect it on holiday. I am also happy to pull my own duvet over each morning
