I enjoyed the hotel facilities overall—the food was excellent,clean room and there were plenty of activities for children. I also appreciated the thoughtful birthday gesture of a bottle of Prosecco and a slice of cake.

However, I have been waiting for 7days for a response regarding an extra €6 charge at checkout for something we did not consume in the room. Upon returning home, I also noticed an additional unexplained €15 charge from the hotel. This lack of communication feels unprofessional and makes no sense.

This hotel met my expectations. The hotel's services were of a high standard and staff were always helpful. The room was well equipped, cleaned every day. Beach towels were also available. Toiletries, towels and a hairdryer were available in the bathroom. The pool was clean and big enough. The beach was accessible right next to the hotel and was beautiful. The sea was clean and warm. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and there was always enough food. There is an additional charge for drinks during dinner. I can recommend this hotel and we would love to come back here again.

I didn't like the extra bed. It was horrible and not up to standard for such a good hotel.

Pools open super late at 11:00 Need to be updated. CapeNao restaurant - Paella - disgusting, tasteless and looks poor - expensive. Elevators - need to be renovated. I would recommend to extend a bit more kids club timing in the morning, 1,5 h not enough and my daughter was always dreaming to go there again.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the property was clean and well-maintained, with good amenities. Right on the beach and surrounded with many good restaurants. The two pools were a highlight—very enjoyable, with plenty of fun sports activities that added to the experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, which was appreciated, though the coffee was quite disappointing. However, there were a few downsides. Our room was very small for three people; there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Communication with some of the staff was difficult due to language barriers. Some staffs had no issue talking in English. When we had a plumbing issue, it took seven calls to finally get it resolved, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Overall, it’s a decent place if you're looking for a clean hotel with great recreational options, but there’s definitely room for improvement in service and communication. For the price we paid, I expected a little more.

The food was amazing and really exceeded my expectations. Good quality, lots of variety for both breakfast and dinner. The location was perfect. The hotel is right next to the beach and shops/restaurants. The Kidsdom Kids Club was exceptional. Our 6 year old enjoyed going to every session, morning and evening. The evening entertainment was also a bonus. We attended a magic show and circus which were both excellent! The hotel has 3 pools and a sauna. The hotel really exceeded our expectations!

Pools open at 10am. Would be nice for them to open a little earlier but not really a big deal! Although the pool loungers say they can't be reserved everyone reserves them with their towel from quite early... so you have to do the same if you want a pool lounger for the day!

Dinners are fantastic and seems to have different themes (e.g. "Mexican", "Sea food", etc.) each day. Breakfasts are good but could benefit from a greater variety of options. Staff is super friendly, helpful and polite (with a few exceptions). There is a kids club with qualified personnel to entertain your child if necessary. Pools and territory are being cleaned every day. Beach (public property) is fairly clean, shore is shallow and kids-friendly.

No option to have a tap or bottled water free of charge (they do have juices, tea and coffee though). It would be great if restaurant tables reserved for the LEVEL guests could be marked accordingly, I do not like to be told that a table is reserved when I'm already sitting. Either beds or pillows (or both) were not exactly comfortable, my wife and I have had sore neck after slipping. We had a non-smoking room yet guests in nearby rooms were smoking on their balconies.

Travelled as a family of four. Kids (3) (5) location great as on the edge of the beach. Outdoor pools where ice cold Indoor pool clean but hit! very small and crowded due to the outdoor pools too cold. Kids club very good and modern felt very safe to leave the children there. Girls were amazing and professional! You can leave your kids from 18 months for one hour in the day and 2 hours at night. Level is worth the extra €50pn for free soft drinks and due happy hour and snacks until 11pm Good hotel!

Nice modern room, beds were comfy. The staff were all very nice and helpful. The kids club they have is absolutely amazing, my daughter loved going every morning, and afternoon. The levels is nice, worth it for the three of us - the happy hour is amazing. The activities for adults are super fun (aqua fit, trampoline workouts etc).

The only issue I had was that all the chairs are reserved by 9am, and if you don't do the same also then you do not have a chair outside the entire day (we didn't know this on the first day so we missed out as all chairs had towels on them until 5-6pm). So you end up doing the same, and being part of the problem.
