We really loved our stay here! Highlights = Super friendly welcome, lovely kind staff, excellent cleanliness/fantastic room cleaning each day, super comfy beds, lots of storage, great coffee, perfect location, access to a lift

- Having to re-enter the wifi username and password every time we left and returned to the hostal. - Sometimes the room got a bit warm and we needed to open the window for fresh air/to cool down (which meant a compromise with city centre noise)

Everything! The location was AMAZING! 7 min walking distance to bus station and the port and within the old town! Exceptionally clean, super comfortable beds, very attentive and friendly staff and reasonable prices for drinks and snacks! Just perfect! We will definitely be recommending to friends and family to stay there!

The hotel was in a great location, only a few minutes gentle stroll from the main squares, sights, Market, restaurants, cafes and bars. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel building was clean and tidy and the rooms were spotlessly clean and all the fixtures and fittings worked. Attached to the hotel was a restaurant and bar which served good, reasonably priced food and where breakfast was served.

Nothing to do with the hotel, but due to its location you can get a bit of "nightlife" noise from locals heading home in the small hours, it only lasts a few minutes though.

Great location - walkable to all sights and buses. Ferry port too though that’s a bit longer. Staff super helpful and they even gave us a beach umbrella. Amazing buffet breakfast. And our room was very nice… didn’t realize that we had reserved a full suite / apartment (our other hotel canceled on us somewhat last minute) - turned out great as we had a mini fridge and plenty of room to spread out, a drying rack for clothes and such.

AC took a while and only really ever cooled the bedroom - we were on the 3rd floor

Location was great, right in the center where you could find bars and restaurants but it was very quiet at the same time. Breakfast was good too. Very clean.

WiFi wasn’t working really well and you could hear noises in the morning from the stairs. But everything else was very good.

Rooms were clean, staff very lovely , great location and very good value .

Clean comfortable and very well equipped room, conveniently placed to enjoy the local aria. Staff friendly and helpful, lovely breakfast all with very little use of plastic packaging.

The Hostal is ideal for visiting Ciutadella, everywhere is within easy walking distance. The staff are very friendly and helpful making sure that you have everything you need and always smiling.

Absolutely nothing!

The location is perfect, you are 1 street away from the city center. The staff were really friendly, we arrived earlier and they offered both a room to put our luggage or another room ready to check in. Breakfast was very good,with local food. For sure we will return.

Friendly staff, great location, decent breakfast for the money. Not a loud street.

You’ll have to park at least 10 or 15 minutes’ walk away, but that’s true of every hotel in the central part of the city.
