Hotel Balear was such a gem, this feels more like staying in a home. The staff are so caring and friendly and extremely attentive to your needs. They made me feel incredibly welcome, it felt like staying with family. They are always willing to help you and even anticipate your needs, knowing their guests individually. The place is extremely clean, and has a really wonderful eco friendly vibe, the rooms are very comfortable. The location is fantastic as it is a few minutes walk to the main bus stops which are very well connected. The hotel is situated in the heart of vibrant and charming Ciutedella, only a short 5 min walk to the centre. Thank you so much especially to Bernard and Elena for such a memorable stay! :)) Hotel Balear is a must!

The stay was delightful and more than exceeded my expectations. I was looking for a small characterful 'boutique' style hotel in Ciutadella and the Balear was certainly that. The Host, Bernard, is a super guy and did everything to make my stay enjoyable, including looking after my bicycle! The breakfast and service was top notch! Would definitely go back! Loved the place.

Maybe the signage on the outside of the hotel could be improved so that it's easier to find. When I arrived for the first time I kept cycling past it. My double room was perfect for me (single traveller) and my bicycle, but it might be a bit tight for a family.

Very lovely place! Bernardo & Elena are very nice and helpful (recommendations where to go, helping to rent a scooter etc). The breakfast is very delicious with fresh fruits and herbs. Bernardo even prepared fresh Hummus as I told him that I am vegetarian. I enjoyed my time at Balear Hotel and will definitely recommend it to friends!

If I could put more stars, I would! The hotel is not only excellent in terms of cleanliness, space, comfort, location, etc... but the service is INCREDIBLE and the people who work there are AMAZING. Just such a lovely, positive energy! They are all so helpful, nice, considerate, generous and kind. I am not even thinking twice next time I am in Menorca - going straight here! Gracias por todo, espero verlos de nuevo pronto! 💙

The team that work here are really friendly and helpful. Bernat recommended a few different beaches to try and they were all great. Everyone was smiley and warm. The breakfast was really tasty too 😃
