Lovely hotel in good location, within walking distance to the main strip. There were shops, bars and restaurants within very short walking distance to the hotel. We went full board and the food was excellent with a good variety of food to choose from for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The hotel is spotlessly clean including the outdoor areas and the pool area. The entertainment team were friendly and fun and there were plenty of activities at the pool during the day if you wanted to join in.. The restaurant and reception staff were also friendly and helpful. There was no problem getting sun beds at the pool. We were there for 5 nights and would return there again. Would highly recommend this hotel.

German at the front desk couldn't have been any more helpful-so approachable and positive. Buffet had an excellent selection which varied each day and also catered for one of our group that was gluten intolerant. Pools were well maintained and a nice variety.

Towels should be available at all 3 pools, not just reception. One bottle of water should be provided at start and explained that bottled water is not part of the all inclusive. Night entertainment times not visible in enough places-didn't even realise it was happening until our final night.

An amazing hotel with a very nice and clean structure, with many good facilities (swimming pool, rooftop, bars, gym). The animations are a plus, especially at night the quality of the shows are top notch. Despite the number of people at the real sometimes , the food is always abundant and very tasty. All inclusive is a plus, because everything from snacks to drink (alcoholic and not) any time of the day is available and included

In our room, we had bed the single double bed which was a bit uncomfortable for us as a couple. It will be better to have a queen size bed especially for couples….. the spa treatment are okay but I think there is room for improvement on the massage.

This was booked as a surprise for a friend's 70th birthday. It was an overnight stay all inclusive. We asked for adjoining Junior Suites which were first class. Very spacious & well equipped. Plenty of plug sockets & USB charging points. At registration we were greeted by Mathilda who was charming, & she issued the four of us complimentary Spa passes. All the pool areas, shaded seating areas were excellent with plenty of chairs, sunbeds etc. The restaurant times for all meals were good & the food, especially salad ingredients, was very good. Dining area was bright & airy, & used items were promptly cleared. Another nice touch was a bottle of Bubbly was brought to our table to celebrate our friends birthday. Pre dinner, there was a very good duo playing by the pool. The later entertainment took place in the Theatre. All in all, everything was excellent, and although we only had 2days & 1 night there, we would have no hesitation in staying again, or recommending to others.

Self service coffee machine ran out at breakfast & having been in the queue for a good 5mins,it was a bit annoying. Also White wine dispenser ran out & wasn't replenished promptly.

The staff here work extremely hard and do long days and all with a smile and are very pleasant. Meal times were well organised with a very good selection of foods and trays were promptly filled when running low. Reception has very good front of house staff, with welcoming smiles and excellent introduction information. Good entertainment at the pool and night bar every day/evening. A staff member even did an Elvis night and was brilliant, very enjoyable. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The infinity pool could have been heated and the steps in the pool are very hard to see, maybe to mark the edge could be an idea. The smoke alarm in the room has a bright red light flashing and it can keep you awake during the night.

Amazing 7 nights. Great hotel, very clean, amazing buffet. We went all inclusive - would highly recommend. Good drink and cocktail selection. Staff are so friendly.

Pools not heated. We went in March and we’re unable to get into the pools and they were freezing. Check in process took a while. Sometimes the buffet was very fish dish focused - most nights there was great selection between fish and meat.

Great hotel located in quieter part of Corralejo, close to city centre and beach. Clean rooms, lovely swimming pools, other activities include pool, table tennis, live music. Late bar at the restaurant. Food selection was infinite and very tasty. Staff was very helpful and friendly, caring for guests. Would definitely come back there and I recommend this hotel to anyone for nice and relaxing visit. Thanks very much for great experience at this lovely place.

- Every single area of the hotel, including the pool areas, guest rooms, reception and dining areas, were spotlessly clean and well maintained. - The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Always friendly, helpful and genuinely care about the guest experience. - Quick and easy check in - Fast, free WiFi - Great quality starters, mains and salad bar at the buffet. I doubt anyone would struggle to find something they enjoyed! - our suite was spacious, modern and comfortable with great air conditioning and a lovely view of the pool - The rooftop infinity pool area was stunning, with ample loungers and a lovely bar - Great location, a comfortable walk into the centre of Corralejo and to the stunning sand dunes.

- In my opinion, the hotel let itself down with the alcohol on the standard All Inclusive. I understand having local brands, but the quality of the spirits, wine and sparkling wine was particularly poor to the point that some drinks (in particular the coconut rum, brut and vodka) did not taste nice. - Dessert, with the exception of a fantastic chocolate fountain one evening, was also very repetitive and not the quality I would have expected. - The swimming pools were ice cold. I have read there are mandated restrictions on heating and cooling so perhaps beyond the hotel's control. - The rooftop infinity pool area is only open 11-5. This is far too restrictive and should be 10am - 5.30pm to enjoy the weather.

Beautiful clean rooms. Really close to the pool which had a lovely pool set up and comfy loungers. Staff were very nice. Breakfast was lovely. Very comfy beds. Lovely powerful shower.

Everything a little convoluted where it didn't need to be eg,checking in, getting pool towels, going to the gym i think there is a more streamlined way to organise those things. A non buffet lunch option for non all inclusive guests. Nicer cocktails with more variety. Not have the entertainment team on loudspeakers at 10am or so. I would have liked to be closer to the centre of Corralejo but for the price and amenities I think was a good price
