Spacious room. There is 24-hour mamak restaurant that can be accessed from hotel lobby. Perfect location for city vibe.

If you are a person who is looking to sleep early, just be aware that street music remains until about 1:30am. But if you are looking to stay awake until early morning then it is perfect for you.

Location was superb, easy access to everyway. Walking distance. Traffic jammed ofcourse. We enjoyed our stay. We were offered free tour ride by the hotel to the Chocolate factory & Coffee testing. Nice experienced. Staffs very helpful. Changed towels & topup tissues everyday.

Entrance walkway doing some renovation. Grab find difficulty to drop us. We travel with kid & stroller. We stayed in connecting room, one of the room a/c feels warm. Complained & they checked but still no different. So we decided just to leave the connecting door stays open. Shower drainage very slow.

Good location. Spacious room. We stayed in quadruple & standard deluxe with view (connecting rooms), good for 5 adults & a baby. Facing to Jln Alor. Enjoyed the view & busking musics, city never sleeps :) Warm shower, fridge, kettle in room. Good a/c.

Hotel entrance under construction & Grab driver complaining about the drop off zone. Room telephone not working. Poor wifi connection. Ironing needs to be done nearby lift area, a bit hassle to go out from the room.

Next to the hotel on the street there is kind of a free podium for musicbands, so there is loud life music until midnight or even later until 00.30h. .It's somehing you can't blame the hotel but the local authorities for allowing such loud music. We asked the helpfull staff to change the room which they arranged for us. Ask for a room on the backside of the hotel if you mind loud music.

Value for money. Clean and fairly new interior. Great location. Mamak makan place opp reception. MRT just outside. LRT few mins away. Lots of eateries/places to shop etc, all within walking distance. PS : In order to sleep, you need ear plugs. It's BB, always noisy at night.

The room was very clean, I like it so much, especially the long table, toilet had no smell at all, this room seems newly renovated but no smells at all. Very convenient to me, front is jalan alor(food street), just have 3minutes walk to lot10 and also in between 10minutes to Pavillion.

They switched our rooms when we told them the AC wasn't working which was nice. The staff was helpful. The location was superb.

The room we had, had no window so it felt very dark and stuffy although it was huge. Had to pay a deposit to borrow their luggage weigh and the room had no safe box. The reception wanted us to pay a deposit to ask them to keep our passports.

The front desk staff really friendly. The room was really big & cozy. All the hotel staff very helpful from my first day of staying on 18Dec2024 till 26Dec. Will come back again to stay in the hotel.
