Clean and comfortable, very nice seaview from balcony, good service, good breakfast.

A bit old hotel, need repairment. But for the price that we paid everything was excellent!

The room was a comfortable size and equipped terrace, plenty of hot water. All the were very welcoming, would like thank Victoria at reception, we had a little problem with our room, which was sorted immediately, and appreciated the attention. Have the option of a later checkout for a small additional fee, which made for a full day at the pool, a bonus.

The hotel looks tired, could do with a freshen up cosmetically, really require a car to get to nearest bars/restaurants, and parking can be a problem later in the evening.

You can park for free in front of the hotel, there was enough space. The room had everything you needed. The balcony had a great view of the pool area and the sea. Dinner (buffet) was very rich (adult 18€, child 9€). The pool area has a children's pool and also a large pool, everything was beautiful and tidy. Plenty of chairs for tanning. There is also a small playground for children.

Children's soccer teams stayed at the hotel and there was noise and running in the corridors until two in the morning! The hotel team did nothing to ensure that the rest of the guests could sleep at night.

We had been upgraded to another room which was so lovely, very clean and spacious. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly and the views were beautiful. The breakfast was great.

For the price of the buffet it wasn't as good as hoped but cant complain too much there was still various options! The pool often had debris from the trees around but again cant complain too much as whole was very clean.

The hotel is massive. it took us a day to see the whole place. They even had a souvenir shop inside as well as an arcade room. The beds were comfortable. The balcony was huge with chairs. Continental breakfast with loads of options.

The indoor pool was closed the whole time, so I didn't get to use the pool. And it was too cold to use the outdoor pool. Coffee machine at the breakfast, not the best. The hotel is pretty fat from the town and beach. We tried walking to the main road and took us 40 mins. So had to keep using uber to get around.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean, bed very comfortable, Could have done with 2 more pillows as only one each. Didn't have breakfast, didn't use the pool or any other facilities as it was a quick stop over. Fridge was nice and cool for our own drinks.

Surprised no tea / coffee making facilities in room, especially with there being a small fridge in room. The air conditioning very noisy so didn't leave it on during the night, and didn't seem to cool room very much while we were out, thankfully were able to leave patio door open for cool air.

Much improved bedrooms refurbished since last visit many years ago, excellent value

After staying for 2 nights , and after checking out but spent the afternoon around the pool. When I asked at reception if I could shower off anywhere was told no! I don’t think any hotel I have ever stayed at did not offer this facility, apart from TRH Pariso, spoilt what could have been an excellent review for the amount paid.

Pool area is well spaced and plenty of beds. Music was a little loud sometimes but i just went to my balcony. The staff around the pool were exceptional nothing was too much trouble. They got people involved which was great as we became friendly with other guests. The bar doesn't stay open very late and we were refused a drink at 11pm and we were the last two guests waiting to be served we didnt use the bar after that. Breakfast is good and plenty to choose from. The facilities are generally of a high standard. Coffee and tea is available to guests all day which was great. Staff were all friendly and extremely helpful.

The first morning at the hotel we was woken by builders in the next room. The hotel were very apologetic and moved us and gave us free breakfast. This was very generous and made up for the inconvenience. Very professional staff who were so apologetic it made our stay more comfortable.

This was a last minute booking with a late arrival without real problems. Got a nice room upgrade for the 1 night we stayed with more space then we needed.

The room seemed to be not used a lot, based on the feel of the room. Maintenance could be better, no additional blankets available. Staff seemed to be overworked at the breakfast area.
