Location was good. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and modern. We didn't eat in the hotel, as we felt it was a bit pricy. We packed breakfast and lunch, due to an early start visiting the Alhambra by 8.30 am, as it was forecast to be 40 degrees that day.

Parking charges at 16 Euros / day seemed steep! We parked in on street parking, of which there was ample, in the back streets opposite the hotel. The receptionist was rather unhelpful after we checked in, especially when we found the room was only made up for 2 not 3, as we had booked. It all seemed too much bother to provide a 3rd towel, drinks cup, more tea bags etc. But this was the only let down.

The location was very good, the main train station was a few mins by bus on one side and the city centre was 10 mins away by walking on another side. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, and acknowledged our request to change the room with a better view. The breakfast was great with a lot of options for bread, eggs, vegetables, fruits, cereals, juice, etc. The rooftop swimming pool was calm and had beautiful views. Late night restaurants with pizza, lasagna, kebab were also easy nearby.

The bus stop in front of the hotel was less frequent and also out of service one day due to some processions. There were no smoking zones except outside the hotel at the ground floor.

Very comfortable bed and room was cleaned every day and was spotless. Air conditioning worked really well. Room was on the 4th floor and there were 3 lifts that were very quick to arrive.A leisurely 15 minute walk into the city centre but buses and taxis very close by.

I would have liked coffee sachets as I don't particularly like herbal teas. The plastic bit on the bottom of the shower was loose so sometimes water seeped out onto the bath mat outside. Wasn't a major problem but does need fixing. I was in room 411.

Pool and hotel were clean and neat and apart from the minor negative point about one of the staff, the staff were very friendly The breakfast and restaurant were very good, the chef was even replenishing the breakfasts food with 5 minutes to close if the service. Overall a lovely hotel for exploring Granada.

Long negative, for a good stay but they required photo id (as stated on the hotel details) but the reception staff person we worked with refused anything other than a passport,( which is not specified in the website) which we didn't physically have with us as we live in Spain, so despite having UK and Spanish IDs he flatly refused to accept them and was abrupt and rude. I have stayed a lot around Spain and other hotels accept the ID I had with me. Sorted eventually but very nearly cancelled the booking due to the receptionist attitude.

Room was spacious. Had excellent air conditioning, kettle and bathroom was a good size with a bath and a shower. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel but the restaurant/caferteria looked good and was well equipped and the buffet for breakfast looked lovely. A great variety of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nothing. Everything was excellent.

I really liked the room. We had booked a triple room, and it had two single beds and an additional one. It had a sofa, a desk, and all the breakfast amenities. There was a large window with a beautiful view. The room featured a spacious and well-maintained bathroom, and every day there was a change of towels, bed sheets, and daily room cleaning. They provided us with 3 cards for room access, corresponding to the number of occupants. Since we initially booked for 2 days for two people, when we wanted to extend the reservation but only for the same number of guests, they didn’t move us to a new reservation we made through the app to a new room, which saved us from any inconvenience. We hadn’t booked accommodation with breakfast included, but there was a kiosk at the reception with coffee and snacks at a very reasonable price. Also, it was very close to the centre. Outside of the hotel there was a bus station and also taxi stand. Additionally, we asked the reception to wake us up in the morning for our airport transfer and to call a taxi for us, which I really appreciated.

I’m not sure if it’s an issue with the hotel or the application through which we booked the room, but we wanted to book a triple room for two days and then a double room for three more days. However, we didn’t have the option for extending and simultaneously changing the reservation, so we had to make a new booking each time.

The breakfast was exellent! Big variety of food! One of the best breakfasts, that i've had.

I was expecting to swim in the outdoor swimming pool, but the weather was a bit too cold. But taking into account, that it was the end of October, it is logical and typical weather for Spain at this time of the year. :) Also the location of the hotel was a bit far from my conference location in the centre of the city, but from the other hand, it was good to take a nice walk in the morning and after the long day of sitting in the chair. :) There is also a bus stop in front of the hotel, that can take you to the center. Also a good improvement could be if the breakfast could be served not from 7:30 but a bit earlier. For me it could be more convenient that it should start at 7:00. Anyway, this was one of the best hotels that i've had for this price.

The breakfast was excellent, a lot of selection which I never seen before in any hotel I’ve been. It was well worth it and delicious. Thank you! The bed was comfortable and the location was excellent. If you are lucky you will find street parking if not the hotel has it for a fee. The buss station is just in front of the hotel, nr 8 goes to the city center.

Good hotel with big clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast was good with lots of choice. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Coffee at breakfast was very bitter and due to coach parties I felt that breakfast room staff weren't very attentive. They didn't clear our table and at one stage they were sweeping around our feet.

Very comfortable, spacious room with a very large bed as well as a sofa and table. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. For UK readers I would say it is up to at least Premier Inn standards. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk into the centre. We found it to be good value for money.

Nothing really. It rained heavily during our stay and the window leaked quite badly. It hardly matters as it probably won’t ever rain in Granada again!!
