The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot. It’s a c15 min brisk walk from the train station. The staff were friendly & any taxis we requested arrived within a few minutes. We had the junior suite with the outdoor terrace which was fun - the jacuzzi takes quite a while to fill up though! It was my husband’s birthday whilst we were there & we were touched that they left a card & a bottle of Prosecco for him. The tiny plunge pool (it isn’t a swimming pool as described!) & loungers on the roof was a nice spot to chill out at the end of a busy day exploring. The breakfast offerings were perfectly satisfactory to set you up for the day.

The smell in our room wasn’t great, so we had to open the doors straight away to get some fresh air in which was a bit ironic as the first floor was all about ‘smell’… The hairdryer was so weak it wasn’t worth the effort & the soap supplied was tiny - a refillable container of hand wash would be more sustainable & a more pleasant user experience but these are small negatives in the greater scheme of things!

The huge comfortable bed was marvellous! Location. Parking for car & assistance. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

Rooftop paddling pool was a disappointment but it was windy the time we went up so didn’t matter: looks good in photos but is tiny & shallow. Shower in our studio ran very cool for ages but on 2nd morning I let it run and run and it finally came hot 😁. Told reception who said they’d have it investigated. There’s a cute bar down the lane called St Germain which was authentic Granadian; handing out tapas for free with the drinks.

Centrally located, close to the historic old city centre, easily walkable to restaurants/shops and the riverfront restaurants in the Albacin area. Bus/taxi to the Alhambra was easily located on the main road directly outside the hotel. Parking is c. 20 euros per night in a very small underground car park, but the staff will park it for you and bring it out of the garage when you need it. The rooftop pool is very small (we knew this from other reviews so it was expected), ok to have a very cold dip, but as you might expect, it can get very busy and many people struggled to find a sunlounger/chair so just be aware that you may not find anywhere to sit mid-afternoon as everyone wants to cool off after sightseeing later in the day! Would stay again if we visited Granada. We didn't pay for breakfast, as we prefer to eat at local cafes and there are lots nearby the hotel. Staff were welcoming. St Germain bar immediately opposite was great - full of locals and the tapas was excellent with a great choice of music playing. A hidden gem which we were pleased to find!

The bar area is very small, with a limited selection of drinks - but in a city where there is so much choice, it's probably not used very often and St Germain bar opposite is worth visiting.

The city view is spectacular and the location is wonderfully convenient for city center activities. Cleanliness and friendliness were unsurpassed, and we were generally quite comfortable! The breakfast was truly lovely, with an incredible variety to satisfy appetites of any size or taste!

We wished there was a portable fan we could have utilized for air circulation in the room. For those of us from a cooler climate, the air conditioning regulations in Spain gave us a challenge at night when we would normally cool it way down in the room. We had the windows wide open and it just didn’t cool off that much. We didn’t know we would not be able to utilize the air conditioning (which is not the hotel’s fault!), so I suggest they could invest in some good fans to offer guests who might be too warm.

Well located hotel near to the cathedral, Moroccan area, restaurants and shops. Can use a taxi or bus to visit the Alhambra. Lovely breakfast buffet if you want this. Small plunge pool with some sunbeds on the roof with nice view over the city. Also gym and wellness facilities but we didn't use these. Rooms are comfortable and the hotel has a small bar area. Helpful staff!

The pool was more of a plunge pool it wasn't big enough to swim in but apart from that we enjoyed our stay.

Great location for shops, cathedral, bus to Alhambra (use C30 bus its direct to Alhambra) modern comfortable room, nice continental breakfast, lovely staff, bonus of a pool on the roof (although very small maximum capacity 6 person!) Also on the roof 8 sunbeds, and a couple of tables with chairs, we stayed 3 nights and found only the first day we had an issue getting a sunbed in the afternoon. Comfy beds, if you like the firm european mattress.

Our room was at the back end of the hotel, it was next to another building which was bar, the bar was very noisy from about 10pm until early hours, could hear lots of people talking, shouting, and vomiting and also music playing. The hotel did provide ear plugs which we used instead of asking to move rooms and did have a good night sleep.

We reserved a "family suite", and it came with our very own personal playground. I was pleasantly shocked! So amazing!! Our family suite was able to be right next to my parent's room. The staff was very accommodating, especially because I know my parents are very difficult, and they really tried to accommodate them as much as possible. Location amazing, rooms were cool, and the breakfast buffet was extra but well worth the $12 dollars, especially with kids!

The air-conditioning did not work well, and there was only a sheet on our beds, with no blankets or quilts. So, it wasn't very comfy. I am sure we could have asked for blankets, but just didn't. The pool was very small, but I knew that going into the booking. Pool is a bonus anyway.

The hotel is excellent—actually even better than it looks in the photos. The room was clean and well-organized, and the staff was very attentive. We were welcomed by the receptionist, Claudia, who explained everything to us in detail. We stayed for four days, and our room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels and hygiene items provided each day. The reception operates 24/7, which is very convenient. The receptionist also helped us figure out the city bus schedule.

The most beautiful room fits for a princess. Here's why: wall was decorated with the sultan's arts; awesome panoramic view of the streets was covered with lots of sheer curtains; bathroom was sooo bright and sooo clean (LUV it). LOCATION is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the town center and 5- 20 minutes to the Alhambra, bath house/massages, and a bunch of fine moms and pops restaurants. sooo SAFE, sooo LIVELY, ans sooo affordable. Be daring and go outside the town square for dinning. Lunch and dinner are much better and really affordable. Do buy breakfast at the hotel. The price is so cheap and the selection of food is amazing. You will not find anything like it outside, so BUY breakfast at the hotel. My compliments to the interior decorators, the chefs, the staff, and the owner (s) of this hotel.

NOTHING. LUV EVERYTHING. I'm in Madrid now and wished Five Senses has rooms nearby.

The location is perfect for exploring Granada! The staff were friendly but sometimes difficult to communicate with as not all staff speak English. Furthermore, the roof terrace with pool offers added value, even if the pool is tiny and the sunbeds are limited.

I had higher expectations of the hotel, but on the whole I was satisfied. The spa area is really basic. Nice to have but nothing special. The room design is not to my taste, however that doesn't mean it wasn't ok.
