Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. The location of the hotel gives lovely sea views and compensates for its location by supplying an hourly mini-bus into Albir.

Parking cost a little expensive at €15 per day. More people would use the facility if it was cheaper.

Hotel was located a short walk from the main street up a hill. The hotel is large, with large open communal areas inside and out...very spacious, nice size pool and plenty of sunbeds available. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a good size with bath and shower and clean. There was a good choice of food at breakfast.

Would have expected the use of the safe in the room to be free (in with cost of the room), unfortunately we had to pay to use it. Toasters at breakfast are set at a level (speed) that requires you to place bread through them several times before it toasts, does result in quite a few people waiting. Would also benefit from a few more coffee machines...coffee would run out on occasion.

Breakfast & dinner, most enjoyable, tasty, good variety, catered for all diets. The hotel is about a10mins walk-up hill from the bustop/taxi drop & beach. If you're fit & healthy the hill won't be an issue.

The room was nice, cleaned to a high standard and the bed comfortable, air conditioning was good. I personally, found one member on reception to be unhelpful & dismissive towards me & when asked why he informed me he'd had a busy day & I'm to return later, other than that, I recommend & I will return.

We booked a 2 night stay including New Year's Eve and were pleasantly surprised to find out the hotel were providing a 7 course gala dinner with entertainment for no extra charge. The hotel's Christmas/New Year decorations were excellent. The morning after the gala dinner we were pleased and amused to see the ingredients for Bloody Mary (vodka and tomato juice) and Bucks Fizz (cava and orange juice) were provided as part of the breakfast buffet. The 360 degree bar was a lovely place for a sun-downer with fabulous views over the mountains and the sea.

Finding our way around was a bit tricky as there were no direction signs in the corridors, for example which direction to turn for our room. When we went to the 360 bar we were told how to find it by a member of staff and then had to ask another guest for directions back to the main area!

Good buffet, something for everyone. Quick checking. Reasonably priced drinks.

The situation was further from the town than I thought, needed the free shuttle to go anywhere. Lots needed updating, the outside chairs were very uncomfortable and dirty. The sun lounges around the pool need replacing.

The room was spacious and clean, maybe the bathroom could do with a little renovation. Breakfast Buffett was OK, one thing though the cereal was located away from the Buffett area, at the other side of the restaurant so the first morning we. missed it, the fried eggs were rather old looking seemed to have been there for awhile.

Nothing comes to. mind, as we only had a three days stay, but the facilities around the pool would be a huge problem when. The hotel was full, and unfortunately we choose to go to the cocktail bar on the day it was closed. We did feel the prices at the bar were a little high.

The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool area was amazing with the most comfortable beds we have ever experienced and a great pool bar. The hotel offered exceptional views of the surrounding area. The food was amazing and a great variety. The drinks were very reasonably priced. The bedrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

We felt that the dinner was served very late, from 8-10pm. We would normally have dinner around 6pm so found ourselves very hungry by 8pm.

Nice and clean room/bathroom. Rooms spotless with rooms serviced every morning. Communal areas spotless with cleaning staff keeping everything to a high standard every day. I even saw the cleaners shampooing the upholstery on the chairs in the bar area. Very clean.

The hotel was situated on a steep hill which could be tricky for elderly or people with mobility issues. There is a bus goes up and down the hill every hour but we found this to be inconvenient if we had to wait an hour for the next bus and ended up walking in the heat.

The hotel is on a steep hill. We were ok with that, but others may not be. There is a free hotel shuttle to the beach, which runs hourly. You have to book this at the reception desk, both ways in advance, thereby restricting your return time. The pillows were very uncomfortable. We asked for replacements and were told a flat no. We asked again, and thabkfully we were provided with much better ones. My husband had food poisoning from part of a cold omelette he ate at breakfast, which was unpleasant for him. He ended up mainly in the bathroom for 24 hours vomiting. We were half board and did not eat outside of the hotel. Therefore, it can only have come from buffet food. Most of which was lukewarm at best.

Location was good with it being 100m up the hill a but away from shop. But there was a supermarket at the bottom of road 10 mins away. Mainly European people. No English. Breakfast was great. Plenty of choice and coffee and orange juice etc.

Tv bbc didn't work for the snooker. But no big deal. The staff tried there best to fix it.
