I have stayed at this hotel before and rebooked to return in February. However, due to an illness and a hospital admission, I was unable to stay as planned. I informed the hotel, and they immediately said it was no problem. They were happy to transfer my payment to a different date. Both the hotel and I made several attempts to engage Booking.com in this process, but we were unsuccessful. I ended up rebooking and paying again, which was not the hotel's fault but rather a fault with Booking.com and their lack of response and ability to resolve. When I arrived at the hotel, the owner was aware of my situation and discussed it with me. He graciously offered me a room upgrade, acknowledging that I had no choice but to pay a second time. The hotel itself is lovely, and the location is fabulous—right on the beach and promenade. Everything was excellent during my stay. The only small issue I encountered was that the lifts were not working for the three days I was there. Due to my illness, using the stairs was difficult, but the owners kindly offered to help me.

Amazing location, right on the beach and close to the tram station, we decided to do a day trip to Benidorm, which only took 15mins on the tram and was cheap! The hotel is a little dated, but this isn't a negative as it really is amazing value for such a good location. Didn't have the breakfast, but saw other people's and it looked surprisingly good. Friendly staff, clean hotel, overall very good value for such a good location, would definitely book again.

Would be nice to have allocated parking, there is free parking outside the hotel/ along the beach, but we had to circle the area a couple of times to find a spot, but to be honest wasn't too bad/ wouldn't let it put you off, spaces seemed to come up, just had to be in right spot at the right time.

Ideal location, sea views if you upgrade, secure parking for €10 which well is worthwhile considering due hard parking in Altea. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the television picks up all international stations including the main English stations. The hotel has excellent restaurant and terrace overlooking the sea, it’s close to all restaurants and with a ten minute walk to the old town. All the staff are helpful and friendly, would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and plan to go back in November for my wife’s birthday.

hotel was comfortable, probably better for spring and summer months, room adequate, but bathroom/shower very dangerous and slippery, no handrails or place inside shower cubicle for soaps, shampoo etc. Floor extremely slippery and unsafe. Staff excellent, very helpful, couldn´t do enough to make my stay comfortable. Very pleasant terrace.

As mentioned above, bathroom/shower installations must improve, with safer floors, handrails, higher wc and bidet, and non-slip floors. Limited food availability.

An older hotel but reasonably well maintained with good size comfortable rooms. Great location for beach and restaurants. Staff very attentive and helpful.

More handrails around slopes and steps for disabled. Better lighting around bathroom mirror for shaving etc.

The location is great, the place is clean, the staff is friendly... I wish I could have had a better view from my room though

The bed was a small base and on top of it there as a bigger mattress so if you were not that careful you can fall if you're too close to the edge. The breakfast was not that good to be honest... the most remarkable thing are the coffees; they are served and prepared in the moment

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Probably could do with a little modernisation however it does not affect your stay. Hotel is very clean. We stayed in room 105 beach front... what a view! It is a short walk into the town to see the church and beautiful streets of Altea. The bar is good value for food & drink & staff are lovely. Perfect stay for us.

Great location. Directly ocross from the beach , on the wonderful promenade, restaurants, train station, bus stop a few minutes walk. 15 min walk to the Old town. Couldn’t ask for a better location. Staff very helpful. We returned to the hotel after a few nights elsewhere. The deluxe room was exceptional.

Have visited this hotel now three times in the last four years Was I little shocked on how much the room price has gone up buy from last time neatly doubled in price When the rooms haven't been updated in all the three times visiting this hotel saying that it's in a Great location and the staff are very friendly And is spotlessly clean

Everything. Beach front, friendly service, they have their own restaurant. Room was amazingly clean. 5 min to the upper old town. Bed was extremely comfy.

The only thing was that the first night the actual stopped working around 1am, and it took 2h to get back. But after it was fine
