Very nice hotel in a quiet setting. The facilities are really nice, large all year round heated pool using PV. The sauna area is large and nice, the massage the best in a long time. Staff is very kind and helpful. In the area there are plenty of hiking opportunities, many routes in the beautiful Teno mountain range. Many hikers around, some in organised groups by Wikinger.

The accommodation is very nice. The direct neighbourhood and “beach” is nit attractive, however the region is beautiful with some nice villages and cities.

This was a perfect location for us as we were going to a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. Even from the moment we stepped through the door we felt very welcome - Alonso on the front desk immediately made us feel right at home and was so friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean (and tidied every day), the beds were incredibly comfortable, and it's in a quiet location away from all the tourist traps (but with a friendly local bar, Bar Carmen, only a few minutes up the road). The restaurant served us some lovely meals with Canarian wines, and the breakfast each day was filling and varied from day to day so we didn't get bored. We had a really lovely time and would certainly stay again!

The pool was only open between 10 am and 5 pm - I think this might be because it is in view of the outdoor dining area for the restaurant - so we didn't get to use it as much as we'd like, which was a bit of a shame (we spent most days out and about). If you're like us and don't drive, be aware that there is a walk up a pretty steep hill into the nearby village of Los Silos to get to the bus stop (mind you, we needed the exercise!) - that's not really a criticism of the hotel though, which has parking spaces available for people with rental cars.

breakfast was super good - fresh bread, eggs, juices - all our hungry tummies needed. Also the location is super beautiful, beaches around may not be so spectacular, but are definitely fun to be in because of the waves. View was gorgeous and the balcony was very big.

Opening hours for the swimming pool could have been longer - also could open sooner. I don't understand why hotels do this - if I remember correctly this one was 9 to 17which was the shortest on I've seen around the island... I don't know if I am the only weirdo who likes to swim before breakfast and after the dinner, but imagine you book the place just because of the pool and then come at 5 pm... (But the accomodation itself is amazing! - just hoping that this comment will change the things for other travellers).

Colourful buildings in a beautiful garden and kind staff. The food served in the restaurant in the evening was high quality, the best we had all week.

For us the location was too far from Teide which was our main hiking destination.

The whole stay was really enjoyable. We liked the sport facility and the swimingpool. The stuff was really nice and helpful. The restaurant was excellent with very varied menu and with a stuff always paying attention to our needs and making the whole experience unforgettable.

the breakfast could be more varied, otherwise it was good.

- nice, quiet, and homely cottage style hotel with a comfortable, clean and spacious room with kitchenette - friendly and helpful hotel manager who offered to turn on the sauna just for me alone (but I didn't needed it in the end) - nice breakfast area with a view over the pool and the sunrise behind it. Restaurant was also good, but the marriachi band was too much for me (other guests did like it though)

- the hotel is located in a dull area of Los Silos, on walking distance from the beach though but no special views. I was just passing through on a bicycle and stayed one night but if you stay longer it might be boring (unless this is just what you prefer), although there is enough in the region to go to by car).

A quiet location in a small town on the less busy side of the island, but located between a couple of bigger towns. A car is necessary for getting around. A nice resort style hotel with views, a large pool and sauna and very basic gym room.

The food was great but the prices were high compared to other local restaurants.

We loved our two-room studio on the uppermost level. Great view, the roar of the surf. Good hiking opportunities. The service staff was exceptional.

Personally as a flatlander a steep volcanic island isn't the place for me. But if you need a winter escape, Tenerife is a wonderful place. It is a bit hard to get around without a rental car. But with rental car you need to navigate steep serpentine roads. It takes about 90 minutes to get here from TFS.

good breakfast but too many people in shorts. staff is very friendly and attentive. nice pool area. quiet location with a few supermarkets. great for hiking trips on the coast and into the mountains. bus line up the hill but rental car recommended. e-bikes available.

no-shorts-policy should be enforced in the dining area.

Restaurant is good, everything is layed out in terraces using plenty of space. That's both good and bad as it also means having to walk quite a few stairs with your suitcase if you are at the top level (which of course I was). Also it's a good location to be able to go and visit Punto de Teno at sunset which everybody should do :)

Wi-Fi was not amazing and the ocean view a bit spoilt by one of those typical ugly beach side hotels
