The room was beautiful. The view was beautiful. The facilities inside the room in the kitchen were very good too.

The breakfast was poor quality so we only had it twice, then didnt bother after that. The comms was bad as we didnt know about one of the pools near us, we also didnt know there was a supermarket on site - we just found it. We didnt know about the xmas bbq until we happened to go to the pool on that day. This could all be much better. QAlso reception directed us to some loval restaurants, one of which was the worst place We had ever seen, the other wasnt much better. there was an enormous crane hovering right over our room, which wasnt ideal and we could hear building works all the time.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! From the very first moment, we fell in love with this place, and so did our children. The two-bedroom apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and felt like a true home away from home. The entire hotel complex is breathtaking – elegant, perfectly maintained, and with a wonderful atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious, rich, and something we looked forward to every day. The views of the ocean from both the pool and the apartment were magical and never stopped amazing us. We loved the comfortable loungers by the pool and the fantastic option to order lunch and delicious drinks right to our spot. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling, and attentive – both at the reception and in the restaurant, they took care of us with genuine warmth. This was a dream holiday, and we will definitely come back again!

Honestly, I can’t think of anything. There was nothing we didn’t like – everything was great.

very cool hotel complex. I would like to mention the restaurants with always delicious and varied food, the tennis and padel courts (specially coach Ivan), the gym and all the hotel staff (very pleasant to talk to and always ready to help in resolving any issue). The area is very quiet and peaceful. the room has everything for a long stay. From the terrace of the room there is a very beautiful view of the ocean and the neighboring island. By taxi you can quickly and conveniently reach neighboring cities within 20-25 minutes. we spent a wonderful 10 days and will definitely come back here.

The breakfast hot dishes are not in the buffet, they are all by order. This crafted an insanely crowded place and during the weekend the staff killed themselves trying to juggle dishes for a crazy number of guests. There was a private party one night that lasted till 3 am. My room was right next to it and I couldn't sleep. I wish the hotel compensate with anything. I couldn't even order room service the next morning after sleeping in because it is the hotel policy. Seemed very inhospitable Living room tv wasn't working, we reported but nothing changed until checkout

Absolutely stunning apartments and views. Great garden and outdoor space. Felt very luxurious.

The Jardines area is not finished and so building work still going on. It’s about .75 miles up from ritz Carlton and I mean UP! The facilities of this particular group of buildings ie gym and spa are not completed yet. Will be stunning when it is. We stayed at Terraces apartments a bit further down the hill before which was less expensive and much more finished.

We had a truly wonderful stay at the apartment during our holiday in Tenerife. The Suite was clean, well-kept, and welcoming. It was bright and airy, with a lovely balcony perfect for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening sun. It was perfectly located in mountains, peaceful yet close to everything we needed: the beach, shops, and some great local restaurants. The kitchen had all the essentials, and the beds were really comfortable, which made a big difference after long, adventure-filled days. Most of all, we appreciated the little touches that made the place feel like a home away from home. It was the perfect base for our Tenerife getaway, and we’re already hoping to return one day. Highly recommended!

Just air-conditioning can be a little better

An amazing break for the family. Extremely good facilities, all brand new and working perfectly. The staff were amazing and very helpful. A kind smile was always on everyone you interacted with. I particularly liked the QR accessible system for booking cleaning or requesting services. Additionally, the hotel transport to the beach and adjacent sister hotel was very useful and quick to arrive. The food was great and the location appropriately quiet. Some have complained about the ongoing construction work but the impact was minimal and my son wanted to see the builders machines every day anyway! Overall a great stay and will definitely come again! A special mention to Thomas on transport, the lifeguards and the staff in the pool restaurant!

The property was calm and relaxing. I was nervous about the construction before arriving but it was further away and we were placed in a room further away too. The resort was a little quiet during the week and more ppl came to stay during the weekends. The views from any of the rooms are gorgeous. Our place was clean. The staff was extremely helpful when needed.

Nothing that was in their control. We knew we got a good rate because of the construction and because the golf course and Melvin were closed. It did not stop us from exploring other areas. Safe place to park your car, however our car got dinged a few times from the car parked directly next to us which wasn’t ideal

Our second visit to Los Jardines was as good as the first, and we were again staying in a brand new apartment, this time further down the hill towards Terrazza. We really love this place, and really appreciate the size of the accommodation and how beautifully it’s been done. It feels very luxurious at a great price point. There was a lot of building work happening behind our apartment but it didn’t impact upon us. We really hope to visit again!

You definitely need a car to get around as there’s nothing else in the vicinity other than the Ritz Carlton. Little things could improve the experience itself, like providing more shade on the terrace (it was VERY hot when we stayed) and providing basics like washing up liquid, cooking oil, salt and pepper etc. It will also be great when the new Jardines pool opens on the lower level as it was a bit of a walk up the hill to the main pool.
