The apartment hotel was wonderful… It was the mode of check-in that was extremely horrible! The form of check was through email, there was no way to contact anybody if something went wrong, you had to wait for a phone call through WhatsApp… The mode of check-in was awful, and I blame booking.com for this, not the hotel I continue to receive emails from booking.com and from this hotel that somebody’s checking in under another name using my information - so no, I do not appreciate that and you cannot get past AI when dealing with booking.com Again, the Galeon hotel was fine, but the mode of check-in was horrible, and I blame booking.com

The form of check-in was horrible!

Excellent hotel, two blocks from Tetuan Metro station (20 minutes to Sol) Good and helpful communication with the staff. Quite complete kitchen (two coffee makers, microwave, cooktop stove, toaster, electric boiler). The neighborhood is full of small shops, restaurants, supermarkets, bakery and a good non touristy tapas bar crossing the street). The only snag was no internet connection the last two days of our one week stay. Anyway, I would book again if I go back to Madrid.

The room was neat, clean and more than acceptable for the price. I actually enjoyed the hassle free entry. I had traveled all day and appreciated just gathering a key and going about my day. The terrace attached to the room was very large and provided ample space to relax.

The only thing that could have been better would be the climate control. The room was quite warm at night with no way to cool room beside letting in mosquitos, which was not an option. This could be a user error.

The place was spacious and has everything one would need during a stay (eg., washing machine). It was within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu stadium which was nice since we watched a late game. It was relatively close to the city as well. We would definitely come here again if we visit the city again.

The price was a bit high compared to similar apartments in Madrid, but it was worth it in the end.

Nice apartment with a large terrace. It was well equipped (washer, drying rack, pots and pans etc). Instructions for check-in were clear and it worked well. Convenient that they have parking. Easy to get to the center with the metro which is a 3 min walk. Lots of grocery stores, restaurants and shops walking distance from hotel. Overall a very nice place to stay.

A bit old, the furniture could use an update. But very clean. They change the towels only once per week. But they gave us extra towels when we asked.

A fantastic apartment with lots of space and amenities. Well equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare simple meals, including a large fridge and freezer. Also had a washing machine in the bathroom. Gorgeous terrace with chairs and sun lounger to enjoy views over the room tops. Comfy sofa too with quiet air conditioning.

Space to get out of the shower was a little limited with positioning of shower screen and toilet so may not be suitable for anyone less mobile. Generally clean but looking a little dated and tired. Down side to terrace area was the wind whipping around it at night that was quite noisy!

The apartments has two rooms, kitchen and washing machine. Quick access to metro.

The facilities needs renewing and refreshing. In some cases the stuff was able to help , for example, to change the kitchenware. But the bed was swaying and it remained swaying till the end.

Extremely helpful and forthcoming staff. Walking distance away from a Metro station. Clean rooms that were quite spacious for the two of us. Has every feature advertised, including AC, mini-kitchen, and refrigerator.

Reception closes at 5 pm, so arriving late means you have to deal with automatic kiosks. Bad WiFi that turns on and off at random. Could hear water being piped down from other rooms, though I didn't mind it that much. The room I was in had flaking lights.

The rooms were a good size. The bed was comfortable. Our room had a quiet outlook so was an advantage. The hotel is Very well located being only a 5 minute walk to the metro. This metro line has direct access to the airport via Chamartin metro and Chamartin station so is very easy to travel to and from.

The initial access is a little difficult having to scan passport and follow the instructions to gain access if there if the reception is closed

Great facilities,toaster,kettle and everything you need In the kitchen.plenty of towels good bed and plenty of pillows.lots of hot water.Top tip pay the extra for 4th floor room it has a huge terrace furniture and lounger great if the weather is warm.Housekeeping staff really nice.It is the best apartment I have stayed in for a long time.

There's nothing not to like,if you don't like it then your pretty hard to please.
