From the time you walk in the staff was amazing. White glove service from beginning to end. Incredibly professional and friendly staff. Centrally located but away from the huge crowds. This is considered one of the best areas of Madrid and the ambience is quiet and sophisticated. The rooms were elegant, impeccable and very comfortable. The popcorn in the lobby was a great touch, especially for the kids. There are plenty of places to eat in the area. However the restaurant in the hotel serves excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is my new go to hotel in Madrid.

Rooms had Rituals skincare, bathroom design is really nice and exceptionally clean. Reception staff was super helpful and allowed early check-in. Breakfast (which we paid for upon arrival) was great and totally worth it (they have buffet and A la carte menu). Location was also good.

We had room just opposite the lift and it was noisy when people were leaving (especially in the middle of the night). Obviously not hotel’s fault though. We went to hotel’s restaurant for dinner as we were too tired - food was pretty bad while they charge hotel prices. For 5 star hotel they should have created better dinner option in my honest opinion.

This hotel is truly fantastic in terms of color, service, location, and price. Even though it's five stars, it's quite affordable. However, they claim the room is 25 square meters. According to their comments or specifications, but it feels more like 18 square meters. There's no balcony, making it feel even smaller. The 25 square meters at their other branch seem much bigger than at this one. I was disappointed with the size, but the service, furniture, and cleanliness are excellent.

The location is amazing as it is in a classy district which is quite at night and right next to the high end brands stores. Breakfast was fabulous in terms of varieties and service. Room is clean yet small. Services was good the doormen are very helpful and welcoming

Spacious, well appointed rooms, water provided each day, hot pot and teas or instant coffee, comfortable beds. The staff were very helpful and polite. The numerous breakfast selections, including the Eggs Benedict were great.

The room did not have enough lighting — especially near table in tv alcove.

We liked the hotel itself - room was pretty big, very well equipped. Nice bathroom and amenities.

We got disappointed that 5 start hotel is charging 5 euros when you ask additional water to the room. However, when you take coffee in lobby you can get a supplementary free bottle while you are there and when leaving. Looks greedy

The breakfast had a vast array of options. From fruits, juices, croissants, quiches, meats and you could have pancakes and waffles made to order. The staff was awesome. Friendly, accommodating and generous!

The concierge was not at all friendly and generally quite moody. More Space in the restaurant area would have been nice but this was not a major issue.
