The location in the middle of Paseo La Castellana is great. You have a Metro entrance and Bus Stops just one block away Very safe neighborhood Nice Bar/Restaurant just outside of the property You have clean towels and general cleaning of the unit every day at no extra costs 24 hrs very attentive and professional personnel on reception

Some Constructions near the building but the windows protect you from most of the noises during the day

We had a fantastic stay at this super clean and modern apartment. We arrived late, almost at midnight, but the staff was available and ready to assist us. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes from the train station and far enough from the crowds for a peaceful retreat. Initially, I was concerned that the sofa bed might be too small, but it comfortably fit a 1.8m person, exceeding all expectations. Overall, a great place to stay—highly recommend

Great location. Great value for the money. Soooo spacious and comfortable for a family with two small children.

The reception area was super small and seems sketchy but also I was expecting a “hotel” kind of reception. It wasn’t bad just wasn’t expecting that and maybe if it was in the description it wouldn’t have been such a shock and made me question if the area was ok or if it was a legit booking.

The apartment was well decorated and fully practical with all the appliance necessaries to be comfy during our stay. The staff was always available to help.

I didn't like to Paid in advance( not block as warranty )a 300 euro coverage for any damage or stolen item from the apartment. It makes me felt like a thief or arriving at cheap residence. The Cleaning service do not take care of the kitchen at all including the cutlery and dishes during the complete stay in the residence that were 3 days although we left everything to be cleaned inside the dishwasher .

JUST LIKE AT HOME ! Large 2 bedroom apartement, nicely decorated, modern, fully equiped kitchen, tons of amenities in the bathroom, Large living room, large smart tv’s, great bedding. Breakfast offered the first morning. Friendly receptionist.

The gym was not available because under renovation. Equipped with Technogym machine: It will look nice when it reopens.

The property is well located away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of the City but easily reached by Metro. A very good sized room for a family of four

The WIFI connectivity to the TV in the main room was too weak to be able to stream but this really didn’t matter. There is building work ongoing which started quite early

Very nice apartment, well maintained, cleaned everyday . Good size & all facilities were perfect. We had great time staying here & Very safe also.

Bedroom door was not having lock & it was not possible to keep open also , as there was no stopper. We had shared this feedback with Reception staff & they said that they had only this apartment , which is suitable for handicapped. All other rooms were fully booked so they had given us this apartment. We understood but wished that we could have got other apartment !

Small toilet sink (very small) , no barrier between the shower and rest of the toilet so the water will be all over the floor , microwave /oven no instructions how to operate
