We booked here because it was close to Bernabeu stadium and we’d hoped to get tickets to a Real Madrid game but we were pleasantly surprised by how great the location was. Fab cafes & restaurants near by and less than 15 min walk to Metro stations that got us everywhere we wanted to go. The room was so clean and spacious and bed was so comfortable. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful.

Good location close to the airport. Hotel was clean with great staff. Rooms are big. Hotel also had a cultural night at the roof, with live music and entertainment.

Bathroom shower is very open. it created a huge mess while taking a shower as the water splattered outside. Had to put down 2 towels to clean up the water. Shower functionality is really poor. it should have a door not kept in an open space.

Have used the accommodation before so knew what to expect. Perfect location for my event and always a warm and polite welcome. The rooms meet my requirements perfectly.

The house shoes were not available on my first or second stay, but appeared at the third stay.

Good posistion, near to metro an bus, allow to reach many point of interest. Great staff, kind and ready to assist you Spacious apartment.

Windows to be renivated, noisy in windy conditions, kitchen too small and to be renovated

A good hotel in a nice quite place of the City. Many cosy cafes and restaurants just nearby. The metro not toi far and from there to every place in the city and to the airport.

Perfect location for my travel plans. Near to shops restaurants and the metro.

Clean, friendly staff

Good location, about a 10-15 minute walk from the Nuevos Ministerios train/subway (goes to/from airport), with very good restaurants nearby - staff gave us excellent recommendations. Front desk people were helpful and efficient and they were there 24 hours. Housekeeping was also very good. Room was very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and there was a small couch and table.

There is a little kitchen with refrigerator, induction stove (which I couldn't figure out how to use), plates, cups, and a couple of pots, but it wasn't very functional for travelers - no microwave or coffeemaker. Breakfast isn't included so a coffeemaker would have been nice. The shower had very good hot water and water pressure, but water kept leaking from the shower all over the bathroom floor. Poor shower design or installation! Also the sink faucet operated by sensor and only dispensed cold water. VERY inconvenient! The towel racks were too high up for a shorty like me.

Hotel was in a good location to reach the subway and many restaurants. The room was very clean and spacious which was a big plus. Front desk staff was very nice.

The room was slightly outdated but that doesn’t affect my rating of the hotel.

Paying for water. I think a gift should be made of two bottles. Also, with a kitchen, there should be a kettle and a way of making coffee in the morning.
