We have stayed here several times over the years since prior to Hyatt buying the hotel out. The staff has always been exceedingly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is situated in a good location that is close by taxi to any city attraction, or walking distance if you like to stretch your legs.

The hotel bar closes too early. If you have a typical Spanish dinner and come back with expectations of having a nightcap before bed, you may be disappointed. It would also be nice if breakfast were extended to 11AM during weekdays and not only on weekends.

Room was perfect, i had no issue with what i found on arrival, found long hair in my bathroom which some will see it not good, i skipped it and i cleaned. The access to the gym is a bit weird, you have to pass by the roof (open air) and then go into the gym, with this weather in the meantime in Madrid it is quite challenging up there. Other than that everything was perfect

I was given an upgraded deluxe king room in a very high floor (8 of 9 floors the hotel has). I needed a late checkout because my flight was leaving at midnight next day, and they allowed late checkout free up to 2 pm and with an extra cost until 6pm which I took of course. The room was impressive, the bed was giant with very comfortable pillows, for the end of our trip it was an energy recharger. Shower was amazing as well as the bathrobe. Staff was super friendly, helpful, always thoughtful and helping even without asking, very polite. WiFi was the best of all the places I stayed during our trip through Europe. The city view from the 8th floor was impressive, seeing the main "Paseo de la Castellana" avenue

Very good property located in a very convenient area. The staff was very nice upon check-in, the room was big and spacious, with view to the Paseo de la Castellana. Beds extremely confortable, with good linen and a spacious bathroom. Minibar was diverse with many tasty options and the TV was huge with Chromecast to connect the telephone.

I can’t complain as it was a pleasure to stay at this hotel for my second time. I do recommend maybe adding spa facilities as a suggestion for expansion as it would be a great addition to the hotel.

Clean, good location and amazing staff. The staff members were so helpful, I injured my foot and they were so kind to me. I wouldn’t have known what to do if if it wasn’t for them. The concierge had recommendations and called places to speak to them for me as I couldn’t speak Spanish. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel has all the amenities one may reasonably need. Including a fitness center on the top. Not for heavy lifting, but still a workout can be smuggled in there. The breakfast is superb. Nice hotel in basically everything, but it is also prices as such, so one should expect the services offered.

There was no real restaurant in the hotel, only some fast food type of things being served. It is a bit walking distance from the centre.

Checked into a room which was very noisy, like a washing machine shaking badly. Went down to ask for another room which I got without any problems. New room was on the front side, but had double windows to block out noise. Perfect.

Breakfast is very expensive, if you insist on having breakfast in the hotel, make sure you book it with the room. Paying separately after is not worth it. Not that the breakfast is bad, but EUR 32 for any morning meal is too much.

The gym is thought more of a men’s gym rather a women’s one. The hotel’s bar has overrated prices. 7.9 for a beer.
