There weren’t too many options for breakfast, they could definitely add more vegetarian and vegan choices. But everything was very fresh and tasty. As a vegetarian, I found it satisfying enough. Fortunately, I can eat tortilla (: The best part was how quiet my room was. Occasionally, you could hear the voices of drunk people passing by on the street since the hotel is very close to bars, but it wasn’t too loud. The hotel’s location is perfect: very close to bars and tourist attractions. I was able to walk everywhere.

Weirdly, there was no bin or slippers in the bedroom, and no toilet brush in the bathroom. If just one thing were missing, I could request it, but I can't keep asking room service for every basic item that should already be in the room.

I know rating10 can look a bit fake but in this case is very real. I liked everything about the property. I am independent travel agent myself and been to lots of places. I travelled with family- 2 rooms. Staff very polite, speaking english and very helpful. I can mention Alexis(not sure if this is the correct name) receptionist and the manager-big thank you for all of you. This hotel is for more than 2 stars. Very clean, good location, good breakfast, Rooms-clean, large and having everything needed, bed very comfy. Lift fine to the floors. I liked that we could leave luggage before and after stay which is important. Metro stations 3 nearby minutes walk. Closest one Bilbao which is 10 seconds walk. Highly recommend to buy Metro tickets 10 journeys(we paid 8.50euros)-can be used for more than one day, also valid to the airport(but need to pay extra 3 euros there at the machine).The hotel is in central Madrid 20 min walk to Sol. Nice shops walking to there , nice good looking people good atmosphere.

The stay is great. All the rooms we had are all comfortable and clean. I booked 3 rooms for myself and my travel buddies. Metro is nearby and with restaurants around the vicinity. The most outstanding service comes from their customer service Manager, Alexa. She waited to get in touch with me personally when she spotted I had made an erroneous reservation with another agent. I was back late, and she still stayed on to assist and await my rectification with the agent and made a call to her GM at the late hours. I really appreciate Alexa and her team going beyond their call of duty in making my stay a much more pleasant one.

Pro - A few steps to metro station, very convenient, also nearby bus stops. Best location for using public transportation. Complementary snack (donuts, croissant) and drinking water available at the lobby. Nice decoration at lobby, and elevator to lobby (lobby is one floor upper than ground floor), no issue when travelling with luggage). Room is clean, not big but sufficient and functional.

Con - No car parking at the site, even drop-off or pick-up in front of hotel, you should be there waiting for taxi (in case of advance booking for pick-up), as there is no parking for waiting. No amenity (such as toothbrush, shaving kits, no complementary drinking water, no coffee, no kettle, no fridge) supplied in the room. Air-con is not for cooling, rather heating. If the weather outside is not cool, you just open window (sometime it was not cool enough, i think). once window is opened at night, the street below with pubs/restaurant could be noisy sometime (I myself fall asleep not so difficult, so no issue for me).

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous, all areas of the hotel were spotlessly clean and tidy, the breakfast buffet was fresh, plentiful and delicious. The room (floor 3) was also spotless especially the bathroom area. Being located so close to the Bilbao metro station was a real bonus as the blue and brown lines took us everywhere we needed to go. Another bonus was being so close to Malasaña; a vibrant cultural atmosphere within walking distance.

I couldn’t find fault with anything. Thank you for such a pleasant experience :-)

A comfortable and reasonably priced hotel located on a relatively quiet side street in the heart of Malasana, very convenient to shops, transportation and restaurants. The staff goes out of its way to be friendly and helpful and make sure you're enjoying your stay.

Unfortunately there was construction a few doors down from the hotel that required us to navigate sidewalks with a lot of building debris, but that's not the hotel's fault.

I liked the style of the whole hotel and the position was also good. Close to the center, there is metro station nearby and bust stop as well. Staff was super kind.

Breakfast was very standard. No sausages or veggies. There was not much choice. There was no water in room. It's a cheap thing to add and it's really helpful to find a bottle of fresh water when you reach your room tired of the way.

The staff and the location and the cleaness are perfect. Although the staff can't do anything to reduce the noises, they provided their best help. I used a pair of earplugs to sleep.

Lovely Large room with fully equipped ensuite, air conditioning was perfect as it was 40 degrees when I was there, all the staff were pleasant and helpful. The buffet breakfast was well stocked and fresh.

A bit noisy at night which I expected, being in a busy location in a big city.
